I've driven across America multiple times. I've help so many people move using UHAUL in the 16 years of my Active Duty Military Career. Every time we used UHAUL, I was given a Military discount and a thank you for using UHAUL. Except this time... I asked to speak to the Manager and the associate wouldn't get him or her. He yet emplied that " We won't do dat here!" I could have rented at a location in Birmingham Alabama, drove to Tuscaloosa and back and saved over 20 dollars. But, yet I chose this location because my sister recommended it due to location. The reality of the situation was! I had been up for over 18 hours and drove from Florida to Birmingham to Tuscaloosa to pick up a vehicle. Now I'm driving back to Florida today! So, every second I spend with my family is Valuable. I hope the next service member enter your establishment receive a discount and treated as a hero for their sacrifice.

Service was extremely slow. The person that checked me out had me waiting at least 30-40 minutes before I had to go back inside to check on what was holding him up. When I asked what is going on he replied that he had forgotten about me. That is unacceptable, I won't ever use that location again.

During the first weekend of the each month, especially during the morning hours, have more uhaul staff working because that's usually when people are doing the most moving. I was scheduled to pick up the truck @7:30a, got there at 7:20a, and didn't leave the place til 9:00a & thats with the automated check-in. Overall, it could have been worse but hopefully uhaul will work on that!!

I really think that the location is good and convenient BUT YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE 1HR TO AN 1½ you guys never have enough staff on the weekends that's when it feel most ppl move in/out of places I've done business 3 times on a weekend in a 2 yr period and each time the wait was long which seemed to be due to lack of people who seem to maybe not wanna work weekends . Just my opinion as well as a few others whom chatted while we waited and waited lol but seriously .

I am not sure that I will ever recommend Uhaul to any of my friends or family. I had several issues, one being that I was recommended to use their third party company, after making my truck reservation, to order my movers. I went online to the Uhaul website (as instructed) and ordered my movers through movinghelp.com I was given a large selection of movers and found movers that both met my price and needs and everything was confirmed through both two text messages and two emails. The day of my move arrived and my movers never showed. I called the number that was listed and I received an automated message from Verizon, informing me that this number had either been disconnected or changed... needless to say I was not happy. I contacted Uhaul and they said I would need to contact movinghelp.com and that the only way to reach them would be through the live chat, since they did not have a number to call. I did not have a computer on me, so my husband (who was over 300 miles away) had to go online for me to get in contact with someone. Took him a while to find the chat, that we were told would be easy to find. Once he got in contact with someone and informed them what had happened she let him know that the movers we ordered where no longer in service and wouldn't be coming! So after all of that mess and not having any professional movers to assist me, I had found some old family friends who were whiling to assist me on late Sunday night. When it was time to return, I returned the truck on time and spoke to a gentleman that worked there who said he would check me in. After all that, I received a phone call on Thursday informing me that my truck was going to be charged a late fees and why I had not returned it yet... I was thankfully not charged for late fees, once they realized they have had the truck this entire time and I did receive my $200.00 back a few days later from the movinghelp.com. Moving is stressful enough, especially when you are doing it alone and don't have any help. I would have appreciated service that would have understood that, and that would have done what they could have to accommodate me. I also had to find last minute movers to help me unload, since the movers I had ordered were suppose to both load and unload for me. I received no assistance or accommodations in this. Nor did anyone appear to care from both uhaul or movinghelp.com. If your looking for service that will take care of you, its not uhaul or movinghelp.com

there was one person working until 11, on weekends when people are moving etc why would you not open at 7 or 8 and have more than one person working that returned, hitched, rented etc? when I went before in 07 and was checking on renting a truck there was a line and I waited almost hour before getting help, I was suppose to drop at Hartley bridge and it was unmanned, under new management. so I took to gray hwy where I have used before and they are exceptional.

Dropped off after hours using the app and left paper work in after-hours drop box. Trailer was not checked in next morning. I received a call from U-Haul several days later looking for the trailer. Trailer had been picked up by another dealer and rented to someone else. Suggest they do a better job of checking-in returned equipment.

Don't have me waiting in line for over half an hr for a 14.95 utility trailer on a sat morning, especially when I've already registered online. Piss poor management and lack of personnel

Maybe charge the customer by the hour or minutes instead of by the day for example if you use their equipment for 30 minutes and return it you still pay the price for a full 24 hour day. I think you should be charged for 30 minutes instead of a full day if I interpreted the way they charge you correctly.

Maybe offer space for parking if the vehicle needs to be left at the site. Not many places to park to buy boxes/inquire about rental but everyone was friendly and helpful at this location.

It took a long time, about 15 min, for anyone to acknowledge my presence at the drop off location and they didn't seem too concerned once they noticed me sitting there. This is not the first time the people at this location have been slow to respond and I'll be using a different one in the future.

Crappiest experience of my life.Had to transfer pickup then she brought me to a trailer blocked by a truck and I was told I'd have to wait till the auction ended to get it moved.then the manager 20 mins later came over to help and tried connecting it and said my new truck (2 months old) must have bad fuses.Turned out the trailer that was "road ready" had electical issues.Then I had to drive down the road to his other lot to pick up a trailer and it was disgusting on the inside and then I went to get the dolly and they gave me the wrong one.Wouldnt go back if they paid me
