Over all everything was fine. The car hauler had a lot of stone dust on it. Looks like it Hauled a cement mixer. Shortly after we left we got a good bit of rain and washed it all away. This in no way effected the performance of the trailer, Attendant was very helpful with my trailer lights. Needed to change out the plug on my truck.

The printer was not working, so all of the paper work that I had filled out ahead of time online didn't save me very much time. The staff was not open and ready to serve at 7 am as well. I waited for at least 20 minutes on the staff.

Ryan was very friendly and tried his best to help me! However your costermer service sucks!!!! Rude and hung up on me gave Ryan a run around. My company had booked and reserved the truck to days prior and it took over a hour to figure out the issue on your end. Maybe if your company would communicate better with one another then after that you could start to communicate with your customers better. There is nothing more frustrating then talking to an automated system for 10 minutes.

I called the store 3 times for assistance and never had a return phone call. Someone drove me to the specific location to speak to a representive in person. I arrive to find three employees siting behind the counter laughing and on their phones. Upon explaining I submitted three urgent phone calls- an employee said "ok. Well what did you want?" We used Uhaul because we anticipated the best service from a larger company. Incredibly disappointing.

The guy that helped me (I cannot remember his name) was awesome! He helped me to decide what size trailor I needed. He was very informative and was able to give me options at other UPS locations as well. He was friendly and made the experience quick and easy.

I was registered to pick up my truck at Pawn Royale and they didn't have one. They told me to go to skyland location. They didn't have one. I was sent to Woodstock which is 40 miles from my home to pick up a truck. I received no communication from uhaul. Very unacceptable.

The people at the location are nice but the reason I wouldn't recommend it is because the time we pick up the uhaul was changed to a later time without our permission from 9am to 12pm and messed up our original moving plans

Don't just reset a problem senser more than twice Replace it before sending the U-Haul back on the road thus pushing the problem down the road.

The wheel dolly and moving blankets you have stored in the way and force customers to pay for if they move them is irresponsible.If I need blankets and dolly I have enough common sense to get them, not be forced to give up room that I've paid for your commercialism.

This is the only Uhaul dealer worth using in Tuscaloosa/Northport area. All other Uhaul dealers in the area aren't reliable. I've learned that the hard way!
