The place was understaffed. It took 90 minutes for me to drop off a trailer. They were supposed to have our U-Box container ready for us. We let Uhaul corporate know we were going to be in to pick it up 10 hours before arriving. We were told it would not be a problem. When we arrived we were told it wouldn't be ready until 1200 the next day (the original pickup time). When we mentioned we contacted uhaul to make a change, we were flippantly told changes were the discretion of the local supplier and not uhaul corporate (the toll free number we called). They wouldn't consider working with us (they seemed sort staffed and short tempered). When we arrived to pick up the UBox, it needed to be loaded with a forklift because the trailer lift was damaged. We were asked to return by 1700, as the forklift driver needed to leave at that time. At 3pm, I arrived. No forklift drive and no one to assist with the drop off. I backed up the trailer to drop it off and waited for the forklift driver to arrive from off site. After waiting for 20 minutes, I decided to check the trailer lift. I was able to get it to work without an issue. I was able to unhook the trailer, block the wheel without any issues (But I have trailer experience). The people available when I dropped off the U box were cordial enough. But there only seem to be two people working on the entire facility. It was busy. If I didn't have the expertise to get the job done myself, I may have been waiting for hours.

Be better organized. I got a new debit card soon before leaving for Antarctica. Before leaving, I updated this card with u-haul and used it to pay for the ubox, which I shipped from CA. While I was gone (and without internet), u-haul tried to pull the rent from the outdated card rather than the new one I have and told them to use. Luckily my parents were alerted of this error from u-haul and helped to resolve their mistake as they were threatening to get rid of my stuff and charge all sorts of late fees. This is an unacceptable error and I don't feel like I can ever trust u-haul again with shipping my possessions.
This group is really great and always have everything ready when I come for pickup. Fast check in's and drop offs. Always have gone over what's necessary , and interacts with all customers the same.
They as always were great. I was suppose to drop off at Pioneer Auto but as I asked to go to Skyland Blvd when I did the reservation I was told it could not be found on the computer. Pioneer was closed even though it was to be open on Monday. I called Uhaul and I had it transferred to Skyland Blvd and as always they were outstanding and took the rental back which was easy, they were professional and it was well done.
A Lot of hesitation when trying to eccelerate!!! it was a scary drive all the way to my destination and back!! The vehicle could have been cleaner, the cup holders dirty and the console.
Fast service. I would go there again.

Inside of vehicle was not very clean. It took longer than expected to pick up, but everything else was fine.
No professionalism. Workers were on their personal cell phones. I called while I was on the way and they had me on hold. While still being on hold I walked in to see them having non-work related conversations and using personal cell phones. I will never use this location again! Great rates though!
A lot of times companies only hear back from customers if they've had a negative experience, but that definitely was not the case for me so I wanted to take a minute to let you know the employee who checked me in, got everything finalized (according to my paperwork his name is Kenneth) and also at the last minute before closing helped in changing my storage unit to a larger size (due to an error on my part) was very nice & helpful!!

Dealing with this UHAUL location has been the worst experience of my life sadly. The customer service there is ridiculous please reconsider! I could go on and on but no do not do business here!
Had to call road assistant due to old equipment. Wouldn't start. Poor customer service from management.

Both people who helped me at the desk (in the morning and on the return in the afternoon) were very rude and not pleasant to the customer. It was not just with me. They need to have people skills. I had made the reservation the night before so it was easy, but this person had a very bad attitude, I'm sorry to have to say.
I was charged for an extra day when it was apart of my contract to keep it until the next morning. When we tried to return it, the place was closed, so we did the drop off option. I emailed and called and have not received any response.
I was told long as I took the Uhaul back within a 24hr time period I would only be charged for 1 day I got it around 4:30pm and returned round 12:28 am and have been charged for 2 days poor communication.

Female Customer service representative that assisted me was talking on facetime during the process. I had no one to go to the Uhaul and check for damage, look in the back of the truck, etc. This was the first time i've ever had a Uhaul not inspected or explained to before it was given to me. Process was extremely quick though.
The storage the reserved for me was too small when they told me that my belongs would fit so I had to get another storage unit and pay a extra 72 dollars
The girl who helped me is rude
U-Haul employee hooked up trailer and checked tail lights. I was told everything was in good order and ready to go. After driving over 10 miles to destination I checked hitch and discovered hitch was never tightened at all. Trailer could have easily popped off hitch!! Also after dark I realized trailer had no tail lights so I had to drive 50 miles with 4-way flashers on. Both of these issues were supposedly verified by a U-Haul employee. Also trailer # listed on contract did not match # on the trailer.
