The 1800 # that you call to reserve needs some training.the lady that answers jackie or jaquelyn isnt very nice and seems bothered that you called and in a hurty to get you off the phone.and you should be able to drop off in same area but diffetent location without added cost.uhaul is the only game in town when it comes to auto transport so the consumer is at theyre mercy unfortunately.but on a good note the price is ok and the equiptment is generally in good condition.

Clean the front window. It had a lot of spots. Due to me renting the van at 7am the sun was rising and produced a lot of glare on the spots. Other than that the van was perfect.

Worst experience I have had at any Uhaul store, did not have my requested equipment. Screwed up the contract, had a reservation for a one way trailer picking up at Skyland and dropping off in Decatur, Al. They had it that I was to bring it back to Skyland, Decatur store had to fix it.

Well I had a mechanical problem that caused me to be a couple of hours late and they charged my cc 69 bucks which caused and over draft on my checking account THANKS ALOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a reservation several weeks in advance of my move. I requested 36 moving pads; only 6 were available. When I picked up my truck the check engine light was on. The manager ran a diagnostic and said the truck was OK. When I loaded it and returned to the facility to pick up my car dolly I informed them the truck could not be filled with gas. They offered to exchange trucks but would not help with loading or unloading (and I had just paid $250 to Moving Help) to have the truck loaded. This left me with no choice but to take the truck as is. I had to stop and put in a few gallons at a time on six different occasions. The gas cap warning light came on repeatedly; no matter how much I tightened it, the light still came on. Eventually the check engine light came on again and stayed on. This truck was the worst I've ever rented from U-Haul, and I am disappointed the manager did not immediately give me another truck when I first reported a check engine light signal. Their service was poor.

The brakes lights were not working on the trailer. (we did not realize that until we were half way between Tuscaloosa and Dallas)

I asked numerous times for a call back from the manager at this location. I was told that he doesn't call customers and he doesn't work weekends either. Therefore I haven't been able to speak to him about my concerns. Very disappointed in the customer service from the management level

The gas hand was reported to be less than started and I know it wasn't. Did not have time to argue. And I wasn't the only one heard other customs say the same thing. Sounds like a racket. Check the records to see how many people were charged extra for presumed gas issues.

This was one of the worst experience I have had since I have been dealing with U-Haul. The CS Representative was very rude, unprofessional,. The manager showed no concerns. I would not recommend anyone to this location.

The information between the main uhaul website and their uhaul store should be the same information. Cut the wait time because it took longer than 30 minutes to get checked out after filling out the information online minus the payment input.

Over all everything was fine. The car hauler had a lot of stone dust on it. Looks like it Hauled a cement mixer. Shortly after we left we got a good bit of rain and washed it all away. This in no way effected the performance of the trailer, Attendant was very helpful with my trailer lights. Needed to change out the plug on my truck.

The printer was not working, so all of the paper work that I had filled out ahead of time online didn't save me very much time. The staff was not open and ready to serve at 7 am as well. I waited for at least 20 minutes on the staff.

Ryan was very friendly and tried his best to help me! However your costermer service sucks!!!! Rude and hung up on me gave Ryan a run around. My company had booked and reserved the truck to days prior and it took over a hour to figure out the issue on your end. Maybe if your company would communicate better with one another then after that you could start to communicate with your customers better. There is nothing more frustrating then talking to an automated system for 10 minutes.
