Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHorrible experience, took over 2 hours to finalize the simple rental in this small hick town in a dirty feed store with no Air conditioner in 120 degrees heat. How is this place even in biz with you guys. The lady taking the reservation was even mentioned to me she was over charging the last driver. And couldn't even figure out how to charge my card and then over charged me as well. It was just so horrible.
Adam DOnly complaint is that I gave Uhaul $30 worth of gas. It would be nice if you returned the vehicle with more gas than it had when you picked it up, that they would give you some kind of refund.
Pam Jthe location is a feed store, employees didn't seem to know that they even let out Uhaul trucks!?!?!? then the car dolly straps were worn from dragging on the road for miles. we needed it badly enough that we took it anyway, but it was sketchy and just BARELY reached around the tires. should not have been rented out before replacing those straps.
ERIC ASecurity straps didnt match the safety and training video.
