Lee's was great. They checked us in even though it wasn't our initial location and helped me locate a contract to close out when she didn't have too. Definetly appreciated the help they provided us.
ERIC VEverything I said above. The drop off instructions told me to go online BUT GUESS WHAT MY RESERVATION WASN'T CONNECTED TO MY ACCOUNT (YOUR DOING NOT MINE) so I was going to be punished with extra fees. WHY?! I called 5 times asking for it to be changed and I was told the same thing that is fine... IT WASN'T!! THEN THE LAST OPERATOR WAS SO RUDE!!!
Aimee RI returned the truck abd equipment between 6:45 pm and 7:00 pm (it was to be back by 10:30 pm). I checked the mileage and found that I drove 33.4 miles. I received a phone call at 3:10 pm the next day asking me when I planned on returning the truck. I told them I had returned it and gave them the time from the night before. Then when I received my final bill it said I had drive 59.2 miles. Not sure why I am responsible for any miles you or someone else drove after I returned the vehicle. This would not be a big deal except you charge mileage ($0.99 per mile). The difference is a charge to me of over $15.00 for your mistake. That is the reason that I would not recommend you to others. Lee's has cameras on the property. Check and see what time I returned the truck and if the truck moved between then and the time of the billing. As far as gas, I returned it with more gas than what I received it with so it was not to put gas in it.
Michael SThe App would not geo-locate. I made CERTAIN that I had enabled this for the APP. I called customer service and initially they assumed I was dumb and did not know how so enable location sharing, but once I proved I knew what I was talking about, she asked if I had Android or IOS and I have Android. SO then she told me to use the website and it did ultimately work...but boy was that a pain...making my drop off a lot longer than planned.
