I picked up what appeared to be a clean trailer. Fortunately we put cardboard and blankets down to protect the furniture.We got a call during the trip from friends who helped pack the trailer that their clothes were sticky with some strange oil. We stopped at au haul place during the trip but manager uninterested in problem. got no help or information. Protected furniture, boxes, as best we. Could see oil was staining lowest layer of protective blankets. this oily metallic stuff must have been on the walls and roof, whatever touched that got stained. Arrived, unloaded and turned trailer in. Blankets and cardboard saturated, clothes we were wearing are not washing out that black oily metallic stuff. We are carefully unpacking things, wearing gloves, takes twenty,minutes to wash oil from hands. Making a list of damages and looking for some lab to identify oil. I will be contacting u haul with list and photos of damaged items. Needless to say very disappointed u haul did not check or clean trailer before renting it out.

Left location with less than a quart of fuel in truck but want at least a quarter when it was returned . This truck had 67 miles to empty , I put in fuel of 23.00 to get to casa grande Az . Total of 80 miles.

Workers were not interested in providing me with much documentation for what I rented. Were rude and unhelpful. The cargo van smelt like cigarette smoke had been aired out & the back door handle literally fell off when i opened the hatch.

though the location is undergoing renovation, I really think access to supplies and needs were easily accessible. Above all the staff didn't look stressed overwhelmed, and were very friendly. AND HUMAN, as I had my three - year old whom had us laughing and staff asked him questions, allowed him to look at and in (not get in) the larger trucks and some trailers. I would come here again for sure..

Reservation webpage has a number of bugs that consistently managed to cause errors in my reservations that could only be fixed by calling the call center. The utility dolly I requested was not provided when I picked up the truck using the self-service app. Fortunately, the manager credited my account for the charge.

Open when you're supposed to, not an hour late. Not charging me $16 for gas it took to go 14 miles would be helpful as well. I will not ever consider using UHaul again. This was a lousy experience.

The van smelled like cigarettes, it was disgusting to drive. The mobile check-in is TERRIBLE! DO NOT CHOOSE THE MOBILE CHECK-IN. The whole process was really confusing and I stood outside in nearly 100 degree heat waiting for it to verify my identity. I had to wait for them to deny me and retake the photo with sunglasses off - just put a damn warning on the page where you ask for a photo!!!! Worst of all, I was totally blindsided that I would need to put in the information of a second person and had to contact them to make sure they would be able to answer the phone. Why do you need to drag someone else into my rental??? The instructions were so confusing I had to go in and get help anyway, at least the guys inside were helpful. But the mobile experience is such a pain, avoid!!!

When advertising on your website you should not mislead how much is do at pick up my reservation said that 54.00 was do at pick up I went to pick it up and 100.00 was do. Misleading just be up front in the beginning so your customers know what to expect, other than that I love you guys super helpful.

I was charged more than what I was quoted by 69.00 dollars I was told I could drop off the truck at any location I was called this morning asking where the truck was at I said I dropped it off at the Oracle location he said that I was supposed to drop it off at the grant location and he would charge me to return it too his location when the guy told me I could drop it off at any location

I reserved an appliance dolly with my truck and when i went to pick them up the guy asked me if i needed a dolly and i told him yes and that i had reserved an appliance dolly. we get into the truck without checking to see if the dolly was in the back, and when we got to the house and opened it there was a utility dolly which i already own two of, so i check my receipt and it said utility dolly. so i called the golf links location because it was closest and they said i could come trade it for the right one. i get there and they don’t have any, so they say the speedway store has 6, i get there, and they say they don’t have any either. after hearing me complain, finally the guy checks the back of some trucks and finds one for me.
