Service in-person and over the phone was quick and efficient. Most everyone was wearing a mask â€” except for the worker who surveyed the vehicle to check it back in upon returning it. It was helpful to have the reservation info online (but i wish the website offered a little more context with the online check-in/transferred over the info that was inputted on the reservation confirmation page). Glad there was confirmation of receipt both via paper format and digitally. Wish the 10-foot truck had a ramp. Overall, great rate and service ðŸ‘ðŸ½
Sales staff tried to give me a dirty vehicle parked in a way I couldn't access. i asked for a diifferent one and went under predicted miles and was overcharged for fuel when i returned the vehicle.
The gentleman who checked me in had been working outside and didn't remember to put on his mask. I had to ask him to do so when he needed me to approach him. He did so immediately but please remind your employees that wearing mask protects your customers and themselves.

It was expensive, it charged me around 700 dollars only for moving from Tucson to Albuquerque.
The young lady who checked us in was very professional and gave us customer service beyon any expectation.
Elizabeth and her co-workers were amazing at their jobs! Highly recommend it to others! Sidenote: The Uhaul check-in/return feature on the website didn't work for me. Glad to have the staff to help!

I was late picking up my truck and they gave it away. No where on the web sight or when I spoke to a representative was I ever told that there was X amount a time before they give your RESERVATION away.That the whole point of the reservation. They new that it was busy and I had no choice to rent from them. The truck also had wood, debris, and a sticky yellow liquid all over the inside of the box. Compared to all my other experiences with Uhaul this was the worst. The people were nice though.

Wash the windshields
For some reason I was charged twice and this was disappointing because it slows me up I need to rent again and I'm weary. Will you double charge me again?
Elizabeth was rude, and extremely unrelatable. Cooper Marquivas was very kind, understanding, and offered to help us, repeatedly. Elizabeth decided not to allow Cooper to deal with us, as she had a personal issue with my husband. I am certain she wasn't just having a bad day. Cooper deserves to be promoted. He was professional and did a great job.
The truck had a few issues, and I wish they were addressed (both sunvisors, the tire pressure, etc.
The staff there is always helpful. I've bought packing supplies there too. Myself & other members of my family have rented from there, mostly pickups or the 10 foot trucks. Check in is a breeze, prices are good.
I originally had a reservation for a 15' truck at the Right Space neighborhood U-Haul location on Tanque Verde Rd. in Tucson. When I got to that location, no one was at the facility. They had a number on the door to call. I called that number and they basically blew me off and there I was with no truck to use. Their customer service was terrible and U-Haul should yank whatever franchise agreement they have with them. I ended up at the Grant Rd. facility and they couldn't have been more helpful. The truck was clean and ran great. Thank you U-Haul for a great experience once the idiots at Right Space were out of the picture.
I see that this morning Uhaul charged me the $76.74 & there is still $19.00 dollars pending..... I better not be charged the additional $19 dollars and change. I will never do business with your company again!!!!!!
The equipment was well maintained but it was not very clean. The truck needed a wash and the inside of trailer had dirt and tree leaves from a previous rent. The employee deducted 100 miles from the odometer, making it appear as if I had traveled more miles then I actually did. This caused an apparent over allowed miles charge of $27.00+ when I returned the vehicle. I was allowed 483 miles, since I have traveled between the two locations every 30-45 days, for the past 40 years, I knew that the actual miles is 420, adding 15 miles from the pick up location and the house and 8 miles to the return location, there was no way I had gone over the allowed miles. I had also taken a picture of the odometer when I picked up the equipment, showing the actual miles at pick up time.
