Notify customer that late pick-up means early return. Because of car trouble I picked up truck at 11 AM instead of 7 AM, the gentleman told me I had to now have it back by 2 PM instead of until end-of-day. Needless to say I had to hustle to move my house. Also there was a problem with the chip reader, but the gentleman refused to acknowledge it. I had to call my bank and confirm my bank account was ok, which took 20 minutes. My bank advised to have the gentleman enter it manually, which worked fine. They need customer service training.

Daniel is horrible!!! The worst customer service experience in a long time. He can't even say hello then there is no one else in the building but he is busy with his computer forever before he can help me. Then he tells me that I reserved bringing the truck back at 12:45 which I would never do because I do the same thing every Friday I work a market that goes until 2 pm. Then he says I will have to pay for the person who reserved the truck then. And then he says I have attitude? Everybody else is great there especially Taylor but I will never do business there again because of Daniel and I have to deal with him every Friday morning. NEVER AGAIN! He is the worst!!!

I made sure multiple times while making my reservation that I could be there at 7 to pick up my U-Haul at 7 a.m. there was nobody there the doors were locked I waited for about 5 minutes before decided to run to the gas station for some water came back at 7:30 like the text message had indicated and someone was there they proceeded to lie to me and say that they were there at 7 a.m.

I rented this tow dolly from Tucson and told the employee that the location to drop it off will be Canoga Park. When I arrived the next day I took the dolly to Uhal located in Canoga Park, the person working at the gas station told me the person who dose Uhal rental, won’t be ack till Monday. I called the 800 number and spoke to a Uhal representative, he said the location I had to drop off was Chatsworh, I was never told by the Uhal employee in Tucson that the drop off was Chatsworh. Chatsworth was never mentioned by the employee nor by mex The gentleman I spoke on phone was very nice and professional, he told me that he would send one of the Uhal representative to the location to receive the Uhal and put it in the system. Couple hours later I received an email that the dolly is checked in and sent me a receipt as well. I highly recommend I haul to everyone. I have been renting from Uhal every time I needed a truck or dolly. I like to thank the gentleman that I spoke to and thank Chris Shoemaker for taking care of my rental.

Daniel was jovial and provided good CS. UHaul had caused an inconvenience by changing our location. Received truck with dirty windshield and hard to see through; gas was low so had to stop and fill up tank for trip. This was an unnecessary inconvenience while moving.

When I got the truck, the gas level indicated on the receipt was off by about 1/4 of a tank. The guy said they couldn't reprint it without doing the whole thing over but they would fix it when I dropped the truck off in the morning. I out more gas than was in it when I got the truck and still got hit with an additional gasoline charge.

when i was checking out at pick up, i had to wait for my partner to bring me more cash for the cash deposit, so i stepped aside , checked out when the cash arrived, when checking the milage and gas level against the contract it was fine, buti didnt notice until later that he had charged me for the safe move that i had opted out on when he ran the contract through when i first arrived. I called immediately and got someone that was at another location and took a message for gilberto miranda, the gentleman that answered said he would return my call. I never recieved that call, ...at time of return i told daniel my problem when he asked if the equipment was ok and so on...he proceeded to check me out , but did nothing about the overcharge of $14.00. i know it doesn't sound like a lot, but I rent from uhaul for all the great services that i have become used to , as i move people less fortunate as part of my congregation at church, and i can use all the help i can get....so I'm not sure if i handled correctly?? thank you for continued great service ...James Knight .

My reservation was to include two furniture dollies, but this location did not have any. The owner at this location located them for me at another store hat was on my route, and told them how to transfer them to me. I was very happy with the way he helped me work around this botched reservation.
