The lady that did the scheduling did not seem very comfortable and depended on the manager more than not. Uhaul was filthy and the rep. named Damien forgot to put the dolly and hand truck I rented in the trailer. I could not drive all the way back to Uhaul to pick them up and had to do an intense move without them, hurting my back and being in intense pain throughout a cross country move. Very unhappy with this location, mistake after mistake since I began using them back in January for multiple moves and hitch installation.ASHLI F.
I have no issues with this location. I had a reservation at the Ina Road location, but had to come here because Ina Road didn't have my vehicle when I showed up. No call in advance, and no compensation despite U-hauls $50 reservation guarantee. Will take this up with corporate.MARK C.

David went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us with a concern. We rented a trailer for a move then noticed some lingering electrical issues with our vehicle. It sometimes takes a couple of times for the engine to start, which did not happen prior to the trailer rental. After we explained our concern, David immediately offered to check out our vehicle, testing the brake light/turn signal wiring that connected to the trailer and going as far as to clean the battery terminals under the hood and suggesting that we replace these or the battery ground wiring to see if that resolves the issue. We had already seen a mechanic who said our vehicle passed the battery, starter, and alternator checks. We appreciate David's excellent customer service skills and genuine concern. He really helped to brighten our day!TAKWEN K.

I would recommend U-HAUL get additional heavy duty trailers with a 6-foot gate. There is only one in Tucson and it is pretty beat-up.FRANCIS W.

Keep reservations made. At the time promised. Make sure tires on unit not out dated. My trailer had brand new tire one side 10 year tire other side. Guess what happened to the 10 year old. Failed. Was told it had a full tank. Forgot to take picture showing it was 7/8 ish full. Wound up paying $30 for gas when it shoulda have been closer to half. No way I used over 9 gallons to drive 11 miles. The guy checking the van in then acted like he did me a favor refunding me the dolly rentals I never got.Kyle T.
