GERALDINE TI spent one hour on the phone with support because my license wouldn't upload to the app. When I first got on the phone I asked if I could manually send the picture to uhaul directly, and the agent said it had to be done over the app. After an hour the agent spoke with the manager nd sent me a link to manually send in the license picture; literally the first thing I suggested. It needlessly wasted my time and the time of the people who were trying to help me move that day. This always happens with Uhaul. Going with a different service next time.
CORBETT HDrop off was great! The woman at Priced To Go who helped me was so nice. I walked in and she immediately said hello and helped me through the whole process. It was a long day of moving, and to drop off so easily and quickly was such a relief.
