John L.This was the single worst truck I've ever rented from UHaul. There were engine problems There were braking problems. The ride was horrible. When I called for help from the UHaul general line to get a replacement truck or anything, I was told that she couldn't do anything and that I should get roadside assistance to help. I waited on hold for almost forty minutes with no response. What a horrid experience.
