They put a hold on my card and when I returned thr equipment, they released the hold, charged me twice and would not credit the duplicate charge. It will take 10 to 12 days for my bank to dispute the duplicate cherge and meanwhile my car payment will bounce because my account is short the duplicate charge amount. The people at the uhaul location refused to help or credit back my card. I will never use uhaul services again.

This was the second time I had difficulty unhitching the trailer of this type. I had to take the ball off the mount before the trailer coupler would let go of it. This was after loosening the coupler and lifting up on the tongue several times.

Actually clean the truck there was pop spilled all over the inside of the cab the tires on the auto transport were low on air one did not even register on my air gauge plus the strap on the drivers side was damaged I was told someone would be at my house in a couple hours to fix it then I was called back and was told someone would be at my house atv7 am 7 am wlcame and past and I got a call at 750 saying I needed to take the truck and trailer to kalkaska when I arrived at kalkaska inward told the strap was on to use and the guybtryed to show me how to use a damaged strap who does that ? Especially when you have the customers safety is our #1 goal posted on the truck

Possibly some sort of receipt of drop off. I handed the keys off to a guy that was waiting outside, but for all i knew it could've been the wrong person.

The equipment was in rough condition. Drove and handled poorly. We picked up with 1/4 tank of gas. My daughter drove the truck and returned it with 1/4 tank. We were charged $40 for 10 gallons of gas and another $30 for refueling charge (labor?) . In addition to the .79 per mile. So our $29.95 daily charge plus .79 per mile for 150 miles ended up costng $252.94. Two words. Never. Again.

I tried reserving the equipment online but the website is still NOT working properly. I called the reservation number and was able to reserve the transporter to tow a 1961 Chevrolet 1/2 ton pickup and to be towed by a 2018 Chevrolet Colorado 4WD V-6 with a 7000 lb towing capacity. ALL of this is compatible AND was approved by the online reservation. My ex-wife went to pick up the transporter and was refused. She finally had to go borrow a different truck because this location LIED to her telling her the subject vehicle wasn't listed, the Colorado was less than a 1/2 ton truck, etc. The location REFUSED to accept the online reservation. This is NOT acceptable as I have towed a slightly heavier truck (+500 lbs.) that was slightly longer with the exact same truck using a transporter rented from this exact same location. I will also need to either hire a tow company at twice the cost or fight with this location again to rent a transporter to return the subject truck to my auto repair shop for further work. Please get your online reservation system fixed so it is up to date for 2018 vehicles at least.

two gentlemen working. One on the register the other running. The gentlemen running was great - friendly, quick, willing - the gentleman on the register was hating life. No personality, not friendly, just a blah attitude. Register had given him a hard time in the morning and he was complaining. not good guest service at all.

The link provided for doing the pre-rental walk-around of the vehicle did not work properly, i.e. it was impossible to upload a photo (as requested) of some minor damage I discovered. I understand this is not an unusual occurrence. Moreover, the application will not let you continue with this given fault unless you ignore the damage and instead indicate that everything was okay. The staff marked the damage I uncovered and properly stickered it, but someone should really take care of this flaw in the app! Major kudos to the staff at this location, tho'!
