The truck I received had several issues and I will be filing a claim. It had a leak in the roof. It rained and damaged my belongings including saturating a new mattress. The truck smelled like cigarettes and had ash on the dash from cigarettes. The seat belt did not work. The audio input jack for my phone music did not work. I would like to get my money back.

DAWN RThe staff was very helpful and attentive. The equipment was better than I had expected. Everything went very well. I returned it after hours and was not expecting to have to use the online app to take pictures, answer questions, on and on. It was cold and snowing and I finally gave up when asked to take pictures of the exterior and interior. Good heavens!
