I wasn't able to get the u-haul out of the lot. I had to pick it up after hours, and while I was in the process of following all of the steps, the website displayed an error page before I could take a picture of the odometer. I spent hours on the phone while sitting in the lot, and I got no help. So I left without the u-haul.Mikela W.
26 foot Ford 650 truck was clean and comfortable. It remained dry through a day of heavy rain freeway driving. The ride was terrible. Even on smooth roads it would "buck" and jerk especially on concrete. Asphalt pavement using cruise control was smoother. Climbing and descending mountain passes was exceptionally jerky. No matter what roadway there was always a constant vibration. Whether using the Haul/Trailer mode or not made no difference.DAVID PAUL W.
The van had animal fur all over the seats, the rear tires were low, and the oil needed to be filled (according to the van's cues). The staff was very friendly and efficient,LYNDA JO H.

In addition to price being 5x what it should have been, got an additional charge of $100 after turning it in. Rental was for 8 days, but their system had the wrong information...charged me for more days...it said 4 days instead of 8. Everything uhaul had in their system was wrong and trying to charge extra. This 5x8 trailer was one of the best I have ever pulled. Tracked very good. Drop off location was clean and owner unloaded and put it in space. Very personable, friendly and professional. Believe registration pickup could be smoother, even after doing most online.DENNIS TERRY M.

Returning the vehicle after hours was very frustrating. The system refused to accept the new contract number and insisted that I return the 10 ft truck. It refused to accept the information either so I had to input inaccurate info for it to return anything.Â Incredibly frustrating at 9 o'clock at night with children waiting for me...
