We are very satisfied! Our friend passed away and with the increased lockdown measures in Ontario, Canada, we had to make an emergency move on behalf of her. I didn't expect any vehicles to be available but there were and we picked up the rental a couple hours after booking. Excellent staff! We are very appreciative. Thank you!

Problem with covid rules... Customer was not following the instructions. Need a buzzer lock to open and close doors
Our truck was not available to us when we arrived so we were offered a cargo van. Moving forward, if U-Haul knows a truck has not been returned the evening prior, the store should call or email the person with the reservation to let them know and advise them of other location options for their requested truck. We waited in line for a long time because there was only 1 customer service rep at the counter, and then when we got to the counter were told our truck wasn't brought back. Beause we had waited in line for a while, we were late for our elevator booking, so we had to take whatever we could get. When we first got the cargo van, it was blocked by another truck so we had to go back in and ask for another cargo van. We then were offered another cargo van and that van was covered in ice and snow so we had to take the time to clear the truck. We were over an hour in to our elevator booking at this time, and because we had a cargo van, we had to make many moving trips back and forth (6 trips to be exact). This resulted in more milage and gas. I called customer service while we were on the road to let them know about this issue and they said that someone from the store would call us in the morning. The store never called us. Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone. It was a terrible experience.
Not sure if the location is the one to blame. I reserved a truck through your web page to be used on December 24th . The application said it was guaranteed, if not, I would be given a $50 discount. When I got to the location, I was forced to get a smaller truck. My reservation was not honoured, I didn't get the dolly I reserved and the $50 were not applied. I was charged a deposit of $100 on that date and I'm still waiting for it to be reimbursed. Any comments?
When I arrived, I was immediately told no trucks were available for the day. At the same time, someone else was telling me to leave because there's a limit of 3 people in the store. I went to my car, checked the website and booked a van online to be picked up in 1.5 hours. Had I just listened to the employees, I would have left to book a van at a competing rental company. Not helpful, at least until I picked up the van. Then the girl helping me was helpful.
The windshield wipers were broken, you could to check your equipment before rent.

I have to be clear this isn't the pick up location's fault, but your booking system. I booked over three weeks ago for Queen St E in Toronto. I checked in a week ago, no problem. Then I get a call two days before telling me I have to pick up at Weston Road, 30 km / 30 minutes away. I live downtown Toronto. I don't own a car. It is non-trivial to get way out there. I had to ask a friend to drive me. My entire day was off timing because of this delay. I get that there are only so many spots for trucks downtown. I get it that the end of the month is busy. But tell me in big flashing text when I book that my location is overbooked and there's a good chance I won't get my location. Not three days before when I have no alternative. I wasn't rebated the 30 km to get me back where I wanted to start which is just insult to injury. I didn't know any alternative to U Haul and I've had decent experiences with you in the past, but yesterday while moving i saw Discount moving trucks and I am going there next time and I'll be sure to tell everyone else about this terrible experience. If you had just told me (not buried in fine print) when I booked then I would at least have known. But two days before it's quite obvious that you know I can't do anything else at that point and you are intentionally screwing me over instead of treating me with respect.
In the order I had requeated an appliance and a utility dolly. The order was placed 10 days in advance. However, only got one furniture dolly.

they gave you the wrong email address by mistake
I was waiting for approval on the app for 40 minutes and went inside and waited in line where the person in front of me was experiencing issues with his reserved truck. The app was suppose to be faster, but I still had to wait in line to get the keys. My original location downtown got changed to the Weston location which was super inconvenient with very little explanation made that a reservation location isn't guaranteed. Overall not a good experience but also not necessarily the locations fault specifically.

Very satisfies with the vehicle and customer service at this location. I've been there many times over the past few years and they are a good team.
The attendant helped attaching the trailer, was much appreciated. When returning was told to wait for trailer to be inspected and obtain the receipt only to find out that receipt could have been sent by email and I did not have to wait. Overall it was a no-nonsense experience, all one could ask really.
1 - I was alone and not allowed to keep my vehicle on the property. It was an unnecessary inconvenience. 2 - The original truck size I requested was not there and I had to use a smaller truck, resulting in multiple trips for moving. 3 - The staff were not rude but forced me to wait before addressing the issue of my requested truck not being there.
Busy location but hard working staff..patience needed.
