The original drop off point for my truck was very unprofessional and missinformed me off his hours of operation. Hard to get ahold of and did not seem to want to have anything to do with truck. Everything thing else was good. Ty and i will use you again when needing a moving truck.

I was very unhappy with the overall U-Haul experience with your Customer Service. It was the worst I have experienced in years. The only saving grace was the GM at the Weston Rd location who able to come up with a solution that worked for myself and U-Haul. U-Haul will be my last choice going forward. I would not recommend U-Haul in general, but if someone asked about the Weston Rd location I would tell them to try it.

The lockbox combination did not work to get the key for the truck i rented. There was no customer support to solve the issue. the Uhal website gave me a phone number to call but the number was out of service. Then I waited until the store opened to get the key for the truck I rented. The online pickup is a SPAM. DO NOT RELY ON IT. Becuase you have to wait until the store is open. When I returned the van and I were explaining about what happened their store representation got angry and said he cannot do anything if the combination number did not work. I rate them -10 in scale 1 to 10.

Such a frustrating experience. First we were called and asked to change pick up locations because the truck we reserved was not available, this was fine, but when we arrived at the new location ready to do the 24 hour self-pick up, our account said a vehicle hadn't been assigned to us and to call a phone number that was out of service. We spent over an hour in the parking lot on the phone with uhaul, talked to 3 different people who told us three different things and who had no idea what was going on. Uhaul needs to get there system organized- why can't your customer service agents see and assign what trucks are available? If you are going to have self-pick up make sure it works! We had to come back the next day (over an hour of extra driving) when the store was open and the agent really didn't seem to care about our experience at all. This put us behind schedule big time and will make us think twice about ever using uhaul again.

1. When the payment system is down, the customer still should be able to purchase items for cash. 2. When renting a van (17' in my case), I should be informed if there is any useful items (pads, dolly) inside the cargo. I bought two items at another U-Haul station when discovered that one of the items I bought was for no reason. All this taken from my 4 hours allotment for the rent.

I have got wrong charge. On submission of dispute, no follow-up. I have to contact you multiple times. Customer representative claims that they are transferring me to manager but keeps on transferring to other agents, and when I ask for the name they say that they are not a manager. Such a bad experience. I do not recommend.

Staffs were so rough and slow on service. Several cars returned and lined up on the driveway so staff was telling me I did not park the truck properly so please tell me how could I park my truck properly if your driveway was completely parked.
