They scammed me because the app glitches and charged me way more than I drove and charged me extended day rate despite me being done in an hour well before my return window

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe pick up and drop off process was very smooth. The parking is also flexible so hassle free experience.
Emre OI arrived at 8:30am for my rental pickup, but it wasn’t ready until 9:30am. The Uhaul attendant wasn’t at the location yet, and once he arrived, the keys to the Uhaul were locked inside the building. A second Uhaul attendant had to come to open the doors for us to even get our keys. Very disappointed and affected our whole day’s schedule.
