Extremely poorly organized. Pickup took over half an hour with preferential treatment to a truck pickup over my trailer rental. I was told I could drop off at alternative location and I am now being charged for it. Extremely un happy.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one was there when I got there. System was down. They didn't have my reservation. They didn't have a cargo van that I booked online, instead giving me a 10ft truck which I didn't want. I said I would wait until a cargo van came back, the guy ignored me and handed me keys to a 10ft truck. I really didn't want to drive a truck. I booked a van to move a small table.
Terry IThe team was really helpful and friendly. In few words, they understood the assignment :D
