Had to wait 30 minutes in line although I had checked in online. The employee there is not customer friendly, barely talks and does not explain anything. The website to verify equipment condition was not working upon pickup and I didn't receive any help with that even though I asked. Furniture pads I had reserved online were not available at pick-up.

The office is hard to locate as it's not well lit and no signage. Also, the office is filthy smells disgusting and the rep was smoking inside the office. Even with my reservation being confirmed at the location, the rep was not aware of my reservation.

The truck I reserved wasn't available even though I was able to check in. The dealer offered me bigger truck for $10 more even though I reserved the truck. When I denied, he asked me to leave his office very rudely. I have taken this forward legally. Uhual did provide me a $50 reserve guarantee but I dont have the $50 yet

A little unclear if the vans/trucks could be parked anywhere. But a helpful resident who lived near by told me anywhere on the street was okay. Maybe a sign next to the key drop off location would be helpful?

The guy working there wasn't organized, so I had no truck waiting for me at the time I requested (9am). I tried calling him (as he wasn't there), but didn't get a response. He showed up at around 940am, and then had to sort out the truck, which meant I didn't leave until after 10am. This caused me to have to rush the rest of the day to stay on schedule, which was unnecessarily stressful. On top of that, he only gave me 4 blankets, even after me confirming if there was 6. This representative of Uhaul is not a good role model for the brand and needs to step up his game.

I'm not sure if the attendant was asleep and/or on drugs when I arrived. I was waiting outside ringing the doorbell for more than 20 minutes before someone was able to knock on his door and wake him up. Even then he was slow and unresponsive.

I have been charged twice for my rental and have been disputing this for over 2 months now and nobody is helping me. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is unacceptable.

i came here at 6am in hopes of picking up a truck even tho this dealership opens @ 8am and low and behold i find the owner cleaning and disinfecting the trucks , and he gladly rented me out the truck , when i returned it at 9 pm he was parking the truck s , thats a 14 hour day , im wondering when dose this workoholic ever sleep ,good job samuel and thank for the early fast service

The agent was very unprofessional. I booked a furniture dolly which he said wasn't available and still did not take it off my bill. I got charged for the dolly and while returning the truck to the drop off location, was told that the dolly was missing.

When I attempted to check-out from my phone the website did not pick-up my location and froze on that page. I attempted updating my Site Settings to forget the site so that it could be prompted again, but that was unsuccessful. I had to talk to support to check-out as well.

This place was two blocks from me. Easy pickup. The owner wore a mask and distanced himself. His adorable mini-poodle did not but I had no problem with that! Super easy drop off too. Thanks!

I had booked a truck online, when I got there the guy working there told me the truck was double-booked although I had a booking reference number. After 1 hour of keeping me there and after I threatened that I would file a complaint he said he could give me a substitute truck. He was so rude and unprofessional. When I was there, another customer came by to pick up his online-booked truck, he also left empty handed with the same lousy excuse that his truck had been double booked.

The guys at Basso literally saved the day, Uhaul completely screwed me over really bad and these gentlemen came to the rescue. Thank god for them, because Uhaul customer service is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life.

It took a while to get the kets to the truck from the moment I arrived at the location. Even though I had reserved online ahead of time, there was still information I needed to provide upon arriving. Why couldn't I just fill everything in online so that the pickup time would be faster?

I was a bit nervous about renting a truck for the first time. Sam, the guy who runs it, was super friendly and accommodating as I needed the truck a bit earlier. He was easy to reach and easy to talk to. I'd definitely rent from this place again. Highly recommend it.

The fuel reading in your system is not the same as in actual reading when we signed in. Unfortunstely, my data was not working when I checked put the vehicle. I should have sent the picture that i took. I was charged with additional $10+ for the fuel. I sent an email to dispute it. I hope, Uhaul will consider my plea.

I was left stranded by another uhual neighbourhood partner on Dupont which stunk and they had terrible. customer service and had to look for another uhual rental last minute for a scheduled production run and Basso's lounge came through for me. The owner was so nice and friendly. I would definitely be recommending to my friends and going back for another rental service.

Overall, it was an OK experience. The pick-up location is a tiny little shed next to the Basso Lounge. It was a bit sketchy, but fortunately there was a gentleman there to assist. Service was fine, but not stellar. There was not a proper or thorough check of the vehicle, so I did one on my own. There was also no one at the office when I dropped the vehicle off at 3 pm (didn't affect me personally as there was a key box to drop off the keys).
