The person in charge at the location was not wearing a mask and he was not very helpful. He gave me incorrect information and can use some lessons on customer service. As well, I received an invoice from u-haul and when I checked my visa on line I saw that Bosso Lounge charged me twice the price that the u-haul contract stated. Unless this is rectified, I will be sure to share this with friends and family. Please contact me immediately. I called U-Haul and sat on phone for over an hour last night and I am on hold again today.Rob F.

Maintain the vehicle, esp if I'm paying for it. The van had the check engine lights on, a message that read â€œRR tire air low; add air to tireâ€, and another message â€œchange engine oil soonâ€. When inquired about the vehicle to the Uhaul employee, he said â€œdon't worry about itâ€â€¦.Hayoung J.

The location was unorganized and understaffed. We arrived at the location on time for our pick-up, and had to wait an hour before we were served. Very stressful on moving day!!Graham M.
The truck and the staff were great, however, it took over 45 minutes to pick up the truck because the poor soul had a lineup out the door and was the only one working - and I don't think there was anyone more qualified to do the job, this guy seemed on it. I pre-booked the truck for a 9:30 pickup to time it to our elevator rental etc. which all couldn't be shifted last minute. I don't know if I'll book with U-Hual again.Nick T.
Pleasant & Professional experience from Sam & Derek! 5 Stars!!!! I originally booked a van and was convinced by Derek to get 10' truck to save on trips. Although I was nervous to drive the truck, Derek allowed me to test drive it first. So happy I got the bigger truck as I only did 1 move trip. I was incorrectly invoiced and Sam had not only adjusted it but he discounted me for the inconvenience. I would rent from here again and highly recommend it to everyone.connie N.

Long lineup. Waited over 30min in line to find out the 26feet truck I rented was not there. Pickup time was 9:30am but I requested 8:30 at a location near my condo but it got switch to this downtown location and didnt get my rental truck until almost 11:00am. I booked my elevator from 9-12, I didnt get back to my condo until 12pm because the truck they gave me was less than 1/4 tank left. I had to pay money to take the slots from another resident for the elevator. I returned the truck with the same amount of gas that was given to me but got charged a 15$ fee for gas. Unacceptable. Uhaul need to learn how to managed properly. The guy working at this location however was really nice and apologize for the delay but because of the late pickup it mess up my whole date.Johnny N.

I was charged more than double the amount, I was supposed to charge less than 100 but I don't know why they charged too much amount on my credit card. That's not acceptable at all as the agent whom I spoke over the phone suggested me that I won't be charged for the extension. But I can still see the charges on the account. The location was originally 850 Carlaw, way across town from where we live, and it was closed. A neighbour located the owner, and he very kindly came and helped us get a new booking. He never carries 15' trucks even when he's open. So, the U-Haul booking system can improve by: making sure the location is convenient for the customer; making sure the location is OPEN; making sure the location actually has the vehicle the customer booked. We lost an hour and half due to the delay. Samuel at Basso Lounge was very helpful, organized and easy to deal with, and he had lots of trucks to choose from.Beverly T.

The employee at the uhaul check in point at the time was very unprofessional. He not only flirted with my friend but proceeded to invite her to his house for drinks at night even though she was highly uncomfortable. All she wanted were the keys and the u-haul truck and he used his job to his advantage in this situation and it was a HIGHLY uncomfortable position and it made her feel very UNSAFE. If you are a girl please do not go pick up the u haul alone. I pray for your safety. DO NOT RECOMMEND.COLLEEN T.

Overall the experience was great. The reps assisting us were very personable and courteous. Had absolutely no issues other than being charged $7 for an upright dolly and $7 for the flat dolly but we only had a flat dolly. Pick up process was quick and efficient, drop off was even easier. My only comment is to ensure you don't charge for items not provided. GraciasTeresa S.

Not the first time using U-Haul. But could be the last. Returned equipment clean and properly but in the end I was charge for $78 + tax for fuel that never existed. I returned the van with the same amount of fuel as when I got it. He scams people and when asked about it he just ignores it and says he will look into it. 24 hours later and still no reply after numerous attempts to contact him.BRUNO M.

When I rented the truck the fuel gage was at a quarter tank. And I was charged for 3/8 of a tank. I was not impressed about that as I rent alot of uhauls and this was first time someone tried to pull a fast one. But ill eat the charge cuz I'm busy and don't wanna deal with the conflictcharlie C.
