Mike CI'm 72 and had not rented a U haul in decades. I'm a technophobe when it comes to uploading, downloading etc in new to me formats. I had to get help from staff because I don't have the confidence in my abilities, that I won't miss something that causes me to fail. As with all formats, i like it when I'm not allowed to move beyond a certain point and the boxes light up in red with " required " if I missed something and I feel that's the best way to go. My move was smooth, without a problem and the van I used was powerful. I did notice the " change oil soon" light was on. Thank you for your service. "Shane"
randall gDouble check the function of the sliding door at the rear of the 15" trucks and remind the customer to report when the "check engine" light stays on. Confirm that these are listed in the notes before leaving with the vehicle.
Debra THorrible customer service Very rude and unprofessional. Would not even listen to my questions. We have dealt with this location many times. This experience was terrible. If your not happy at your CUSTOMER SERVICE job then quit. Your customers dont need to be treated so bad. Ultimately YOUR CUSTOMERS are how you earn a paycheck. Don't be rude.
