Truck was dirty inside, did not have a full tank of gas. I had to clean it out. Only drove it 15miles and was told at pick up to drop off with a full tank of gas, I had to put in 5 gallons of gas when I only drove 15miles and when I returned it I told them and they said o ok well ur good people thanks. Also I turned it in 40mins before my drop off time then I got 3 calls and a text by 5pm saying that I need to return the truck I'm past my time, told the man twice I already dropped off to him he was confused who he was calling due to no internet. Worst service I have ever had with u haul. Will not ever use this place again.

Wayne S.Manager of the establishment tried to pull a fast one over on me and my wife to try and get more money out of us by changing our contract without discussing it with us. We payed for a 24 hour use and the establishment changed it so I would be at work at the time he scheduled it to be returned knowing I would not be able to make it.
