Again, the location was great but it was NOT the location I reserved to return my vehicle - where I was denied. Despite being reserved weeks in advance. Also, the planned return location. On both pick up and return I was unable to follow my plan and my trips were made more complicated then they needed to be. However the places that did accommodate me were great.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulOvercharged and male employee rude. Hung up the phone when I asked to verify mileage and told me my pictures do not matter. Also said he could not send me a receipt with the cost breakdown.
Anniyra WMake sure the u-haul app has the correct information as to what equipment is available. They didn’t have all of the items I reserved.
