I’ve told that I can pay for one trip rental and pay a certain amount instead of getting charge per mile to save I agreed and then they charge me extra $23 saying I used extra 21 miles and didn’t put enough gas witch is not true The location where I dropped the truck off is like 3 miles from my house maybe less and the gas gas I know they charge you extra if you didn’t return it back to the right level so I’ Not stupid to do that after all that was the worst experience with Uhaul

The owner was fast and friendly when we returned the U-haul. The only issue I had was the gentleman that helped me was new and the woman in the office with him had no interest in helping him help us. She sat there while it took 20 minutes to re-do the same reservation I had been in earlier to make. When he looked to her for assistance, she was less then helpful. Help a struggling co-worker out! lol..

To whom it may concern, I guess it would be U-Haul corporate. The girl that waited on me was the rudest person I’ve every dealt with with a large corporate backer,the Unhappy sole couldn’t even smile,Obviously she’s very unhappy or doesn’t get paid enough to smile are welcome you to your corporate name. This employee then started in on asking me for my license and my credit card like she was Literally a computer talking to me, I guess I can go on anon but you guys are the name they’re obviously the franchisee so you might want to give them some helpful hints on hiring some sweet smiling welcoming people and I am a long time renter from you so I checked my credit card and drivers license and you’ll see that I rent from you frequently,thanks

First off, this is not the location I made The reservation at, I arrived at the location I made the reservation at, and was told by The staff that my reservation was at another location and have me directions there. Off I was, to another location. From a nice clean location, to a place that smelled like an ash tray (or a staff member). And why is it that as a customer, we are directed to initial that the trailer is in good condition when we haven't even looked at it? And to top it off, the image on the damage sheet is that of a pickup truck, not a trailer. On a positive note, I did see the young man picking up trash in the yard and the young lady cleaning the windows on a truck, after the office was cleared out.

the bill was confusing. I thought I rented for 6 hours and used it for only 6 hours, but was charged for 2 units. not sure what that means but the receipt was twice as much as I thought it was going to be.

I was given the responsibility of a uhaul employee. I was required to return my trailer through an app that I did not want to load on my phone. Take pictures, allow access to my phone for location. For a 62 year old man with a knee replacement to deadllift a trailer on your property, at your direction is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Pay an employee to be on site , or close your business, or do not rent on holidays. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. U WILL PAY NOW OR LATER. CHANGE YOUR POLICY.

The young gal that waited on me seemed "bothered" that I came in when I did. I said "good morning", got no response and it went downhill from there. Everybody else I dealt with was warm and accommodating, the truck worked, great fair prices, etc. I'd come back again but would probably find another U-Haul to deal with.

I would never rent from this location or any Uhaul ever again. First she (Beth) tried to give me a truck with a blown tire, then gave wrong information about drop off, she said I had 24 hrs but she put an earlier check out then actual so they tried to charge an extra day. The total rental should have been $173 and so far they have charged my card $580 and claim it was a mistake and will reimburse, however it’s been three days and no reimbursement. I’ve called multiple times and they say I need to speak to the Area Manager (Eric) every time they tell me he isn’t available and will call me back. A day and half and counting and they still won’t return my calls. I’ve had to open a dispute with the bank and cancel my debit card because of all the random unauthorized charges. Worst customer service ever. I will never rent a Uhaul again and i will never refer anyone to them.

The information on the computer did not match what I had ordered but the difference was resolved and everyone was happy. It was a very good trailer and towed nicely. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. I was out in a few minutes.

I started the reservation on line and all that I needed to do was input my credit card information for the reservation. When I was getting ready input my credit card information I lost the webpage. So I went to Uhaul to rent the trailer. It took about an hour to finish the reservation and pick up the trailer. The guy inputting the information took for ever and when he connected the trailer to my vehicle the ball connection was not even tight. It sounded like we were draging the trailer. I rented a trailer from this location before and they never tightened down the ball at all. I filed a claim and your wourthless insurance company did not follow up and finish my claim. I had to tighten up the ball connection so that it would not rattle, shake and fall off. You need to purchase some new computers for the workers and give them some training on how to fill out the easy form. Thanks
