Pickup truck bed was dirty, but accepted the truck anyway due to time constraints. Noted issue when we returned the truck with no problems noted by retailer.

Directions for after hours check in were terrible. No where does it say you have to be on property w keys in hand. Lighting at site for reading directions and key slot was poor.

I was misinformed which costed me to spend more money because I was told 2 one ways would be cheaper. I ended up spending twice the amount because of this. I called and talked to someone extremely rude on the phone, and they told me to call the drop off location I told them they didn't make the reservation. She said she would put me on with their "scheduling department" and transfered me to the drop off location anyway against my request. She tries to make me blame it on my wife to strike a deal with the dropoff location instead of owning up to their faults. If you have ANY other means it should be better than uhaul.

The truck was horrible. It was a rough ride. The engine sounded like it was going to blow up. The app in the middle the night did not work. Calling the helpline was complicated.

We made the reservation on line , and when we pick up, Beth was the sales clerk, i gave her my drivers license, i was asking her about the chart for the gas fill up and she replied just read the paper instead of explaining how it work and she started walking out to get the truck and drove it to the back of the office, she said the truck is good to go without doing the walked around with me, and I ask her if she is going to do the walk around and she just ignored me and continue walking towards the office. When we returned the truck the following day, the guy who helped me was very courteous and took time to answer all my questions before I took off.

Rented a pick up truck three times in the last couple months. Was Going to rent Several more times in the next several months. Not a good experience the first two times. I was overcharged and did not get compensated as agreed. Last time was a better experience though and might try again week if not I will rent from enterprise instead. Thank you.

Let customers know about any charges or policies that are specific to the location. There was an additional $50 dollar hold on my credit card in addition to the rental rate that I didn't know about until I picked up the truck.

Right front headlight was falling off, found out when leaving at night.. Truck was not full of fuel and also had damage to the chassis that had not been repaired. I believe if you return the vehicle without a full tank when it was received with a fully tank you bill the client for the missing gas - and never fill the tank! Also, when I pay for insurance on the vehicle and if I should do damage, that damage should be repaired, otherwise the purchase of the insurance is a scam.

Worker took pictures of my DL with his personal cell phone, which made me uncomfortable. I told him that it did, but he had said that's the only way to get the image. Worker was hesitant to rent me the nicer trailer, and suggested that I would do something dishonest in order to get it. I felt very odd with this person, and I do not trust him with my personal information.

I was charged for an extra 30 miles. While I realize I should have checked the odometer, the staff didn't say anything and told me I was good to go. Now I have to wait 3 business days to find out if the general manager will agree with me.

I was charged for something should not have been .. Had full insurance and was debited for unknown .. New inexperienced person . Have rented there many times no problem I left the pick up and trailer as per usual they send final bill email I never looked at but discovered error on my bank statement

When I rented the truck I looked at the condition , it was dented on all sides and looked well used. I told the employee I was driving 200 miles thinking they would give me something newer but didn't. The truck broke down three time on me, I jumped the truck several times a but extended my move more that 6 hours. When I called to explain the issue the employee said i should of used the break down number, which was never explained to me when renting the truck but where I was the traffic was horrendous, so I choose to get help from some one passing by. During my call the employee she said the manager from that location would call me back and never did. So to recap, bad service, badly maintained truck and will not rent from there again.

Keep you word when you say in the contract that if I bring back the van with a 1/4 of a tank of gas in it, when I received the van it ONLY had less than 1/8 of a tank of gas. I would get a refund of $18.75. I called and could not get this satisfied yet. They told me they are working on it. I RENTED 2 vans IN ONE WEEK. Please get me my refund. The gentleman was super great to work with. Also, the woman on the phone was nice, despite my grouchiness. Knowledgable and friendly, both associates. The driveway is too narrow, and steep. I almost bottomed out going slow. I imagine some people actually do. I see lots of scarring in the driveway from others. I used to rent from Home Depot, but this is my new "go-to" for truck and trailer rentals!!

Give detailed instructions on where to put the truck. Be fair with pricing and let customers know that there will be multiple charges coming out of account. Do not treat customers poorly when trying to ask questions.

First of all when I went to pick up my 7:00am reservation on Sat, Nov 30th I had to call the district office to get somebody to come into work at the Old Town station... When two employees finally arrived they were half awake and running around with there heads cutoff talking about who was supposed to come in... I was out of there a half hour longer then expected... When I was finally checked in, the trailer sitting in a big puddle of water and dirty because of the rains the days before, the UHAUL employee said I'm going to waive the cleaning fee because it's so dirty... Please reimburse the cleaning fee not only for the bad service that day but for giving me an already filthy trailer sitting in the muddy pond of water...
