When going in the store the owner (lady) always have a nasty attitude. Someone also put in that incident return the u haul for two days when it was returned the same day. When I asked the owner about it she claims she don’t have anything to do with it she just rent them when clearly someone had to put it in the system. I highly don’t recommend smokers Den location.

BRIAN HRemove this location from uhaul. They are horrible at communication and had me drive away a trailer without formally entering it in the system that I took it. My reservation was canceled without my knowledge. I found this out when I called the return location to inquire about how to return it. The trailer was also very dirty, we had to sweep it out before using it.
Fadie GThe transaction was smooth. Excellent customer service at the Smoker's Den. The clerk was truly nice & helpful. No improvement was detected.
