The location was great! The customer service was great! The computer system was slow at your facility, so getting in and out quickly was challenging but to no fault of your staff. My only complaint is that my truck was infested with ants, inside the dashboard. I did not discover this until I was at my moving location.

Location was as clean and inviting as it could be, given that it's now under an extension of I-275, and ramps are still under construction immediately adjacent to the entrance. ;-)

Checking in, the female employee was extremely helpful, polite and made the process seamless. HOWEVER, the guy that delivered the truck had his mask below his nose, he drove the truck over to us and once he got out I asked if he would sanitize it and he stated it was sanitized once it was returned from previous customer. That does not make it sanitized after he exited it with his bare hands. .

Person checking me in drove the vehicle without a mask (should wear mask due to COVID 19,). He told me I got 5 pads free, I was charged for them. I took advice of personnel to use moving Worse experience in 25 years with A1 Moving. Rich ( phone 941-448-6601) agreed to do 2 trips due to Uhaul personnel gave me wrong size truck. I asked Rich if he had time to do 2nd load before 6 hours-He agreed. I told him if he didn't have time to let me know and I would get a truck and another crew on another day. He agreed to do it for $50.00. He loaded truck, then told me he couldn't unload leaving me stranded.@5:00pm in new town where I didn't know anyone due him needing to unload another job which he never told me he had. I am 56 yrs old woman with permanent back injury which Rich was completely award of. When I asked how I was going to get 15ft truck unloaded, he said he could do it on another day or he would text other team to see if they could finish job. Never responded. Kept harassing me@payment code. Leaving a woman “Stranded at night with a back injury and not finishing the job” With absolutely NO RESOLUTION to Finish the job is not only unacceptable, unprofessional and physically UNSAFE putting me in HARM's WAY, it is downright Cruel especially when he knew I had no option to unload truck full of furniture, and had a back injury!!!This is the first time using MovingHelp only at the recommendation of UHaul. Will never use it again!!! A1 Moving should be taken off the list of movers on the site due to their horrible service.

1) The option of clean and well maintained is too broad and two different subjects. 2) I chose to use my phone to pick up the van. Bad idea. 3) The van was blocked in 4) The van was covered in road grime, making it difficult to identify problems 5) I took time to enter all pertinent info on home computer the day before. Once I arrived I had to enter most of the info again. 6) I received a message stating I was pending approval? Approval granted. Good. My ride just dropped me off. 7) I was finally directed to go to the key box. I walked all the way to the building (wondering why I used the app by now) to unlock the box. The lock was difficult to open. Very difficult. Once opened there was no key in the box. Now I am in the lobby asking for my key. 8) Although I told someone through the app that I was blocked in, I had to ask someone to help me with that. 9) I inspected the van, took pics. When I took the pics of fuel and mileage I realized the front windshield was filthy and the seats were covered in crumbs. Couldn't add more pics to the app. Reached my limit. 10) The hood was not closed completely 11) The pick-up experience took about 25 minutes. My rental should start when I drive away, not when I set the appointment. 12) The van was great. I handled my business then returned it. The return process was fast and easy. The two most disappointing issues were the pick-up process is not quick and easy with the app and the dirty windshield. Windshields are never given the proper priority. We use it 100% of the time while driving. This is the best location I have ever used, and I have used them a lot either with mine or my wifes account. The fact that I typed so many comments is not a testament to how bad it was. I just include a lot of important details that are very easy to fix.

I do believe there should be a refund for overfill games the gas or a way the customer can know how much to put in,like if they were always full when u rent then the customer would know to refill it when returning

I've been using Uhaul for 40 years. Now there is too much responsibility for the renter to use mobile phone technology. I dropped off my truck after hours. I attempted to use the “return my truck” link on the site. I received no confirmation. I tried again at home, just five minutes away. Still no confirmation. I wrote to the GM on the link after I received my final bill online to explain why I didn't think it was fair for the $20 “after hours charge”. As of this writing I have not received a response. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED!


We arrived on Sunday night the location was closed, but I used this location to move to Ha in June and the staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Would recommend UHaul to my friends/relatives.

Lady behind the counter (African American, older) was very rude. Waited on line for a few minutes while she was chatting away. Could tell was personal chit chat and not work related. Do you train these guys on customer service. All personal chat should be left for personal breaks and a paying customer should never be left there waiting. Her service was poor anyways. You can tell she hates her job...but here she is behind a counter representing the Uhaul Brand. Sad.
