It rained on my drive from Tampa to NJ. When we arrived home some of our stuff was wet! I did not expect the trailer to leak and I'm very disappointed.

The return process was unnecessarily long - Took almost ten minutes to check the truck back in and there was no one ahead of us that we had to wait for Just pulled in and the guy was there and ready to role - Seemed to be more of a computer system problem than the employee

You should Reimburse for accidental over fills. Vehicles need better matainance the truck had Evap codes and terrible gas mileage. All in all I paid You extra money because of poor matainance and an unsympathetic policy.

I recognize that there have been problems but calling a friend before renting me a van? Inspecting blinkers, back up lights, break lights and tires when I returned it? I've never been through that to rent a vehicle. It's not good business to treat your customers like criminals.

The process to rent a trailer was very extensive and lengthy. First I went to the counter where there was a female that obviously thought showing her pictures on her phone was more important than tending to me standing there waiting to rent something. So I rented a trailer counter person said ok go hook up to it at the awning, that lady had migrated to the awning and was showing the awning workers her pictures, I waited again. then was directed to back up to the trailer, hook up. the guy that helped with that was very professional and helpful. he directed me back in the office. office guy needed credit card, drivers license, and then asked me for someone else phone number that he could verify knew me. How embarrassing him calling whoever I could think of and him saying he was calling from uhaul, and was calling to check that they knew me and would be a character reference. is that really necessary, he had my drivers license, credit card, van license plate, year make and model of vehicle. Dang how difficult can you make it for them to have to do all that.

I was in from out of state, and I will say this was the nicest U-haul facility I have ever experienced. The equipment was clean and in good shape and the rental process including the drop off was quick and efficient. Very well run facility.

The woman who made my reservation was one of the friendliest customer service representatives I’ve ever spoken to. When we were picking up the uhaul, I think it was the manager who was checking us in and he was very friendly and thorough with explaining everything to us. The truck was in great condition and easy to drive for it being a 20 foot truck. I’ve used this uhaul location for several moves in the past and have been very happy with their customer service!

Service was slow. Calling my wife when to verify her as an alternate number was completely unacceptable I returned a dolly but called that night because they thought I kept it...completely unacceptable. Truck was fine. People that work there...weak.

The truck smelled like livestock. You need more transparency in the process. The associate asked me if I would be back in 4 hours. I said yes. Then he said I would be charged if I was late. Your advertisements say $19.95 per day. It is deceptive on both ends. Also the return procedure of checking all the lights seems like the consumer is doing the work for the company. Why doesn’t this just work like a car rental.

I was not happy with the fact that when re-fueling, the fuel gauge was not reading properly and slow to accurately display the actual amount of fuel. The delay in the gauge cost me to needlessly put an additional $15 of fuel because it gave me a false read that made it appear that there was less fuel than was actually in the tank and it took a few minutes of driving time to finally read correctly. I am really not happy about this because this over filling reflects almost half my bill!!!!

Placed on a ten minute hold to find out the availability of truck sizes before ending the call. Staff less than friendly. Rental process has become difficult and annoyingly overdone. Best part of the experience was the return agent. He was fast, efficient, and personable. Kudos to him for making this event salvageable.

Was helped by a staff member during checkout halfway until she walked out to finish up with another customer. Another customer walked in and the manager was about to help him when I asked if he could finish checking me out first. He said no and that I will wait until the other staff member comes back. The new customer told him to help me first. He then proceeds to tell me my card does not have enough money on it. After going back and forth he finally charges my card. Natanel the manager was a complete asshole.

I was disappointed that the truck I had reserved in advance (20') was not available and I had to take a 26' truck instead. For someone who does not normally drive vehicles of this size, it is significantly different from the 20' truck. Also, returning the truck was difficult as the contract had a different truck number on it than the truck I was given. There were two staff members working and it was the last weekend of the month -- given how busy it was, they seemed a bit overwhelmed. However, my overall experience with U-Haul is positive.

People are this location are unhelpful and are not serviceable. Every time I got to this location I get more annoyed at uhaul.
