I find your policy of contacting an alternate contact person to be offensive and therefore will never rent from U-Haul again. Know your customer, don’t treat all people like they are untrustworthy.

Call center got my tow vehicle info wrong, the trailer I wanted wrong and the wrong pickup time. I waited as directed for someone to hook me up and after about 15 min, a guy walks up to ask if I needed help and said no one told him I was out there waiting. Similar happened when I returned. Also the 6x12 trailer is not 12 feet long. Caused issues with my load. I was thinking about renting a 15 foot truck in the future, but I find out it's really 13 feet as the overhead is counted as floor space, even though it shouldn't be! Very unhappy with Uhaul lying to me and wasting my time with incorrect truck info over the phone when I placed my reservation. I will be looking at other options in the future.

While I was moving my furniture I t rained and leaked greasy water all over the white chairs I was moving so they are permanent stained. I had a cargo trailer for years and never had it leak. Bummer:(

The trailer came off and to find out at the drop off that it was installed incorrectly putting my life in danger or my SUV. Please be careful when using their services and get a second look from a relative to verify that the equipment is installed correctly

Customer service agent had her badge on backwards and was very slow. Initially seemed bothered I was there. Did not smile and I did not feel welcomed. Very poor customer service. Felt misled by 19.95 price on truck window when just 4 hrs cost over 130. Wontbise this location again.

Have gas in the tank, so as a new customer I don’t have to immediately go get gas myself Make sure the side mirrors stay in place and don’t drop the instant you start driving Make sure when someone reserved a truck online and they show up to the place they reserved the truck that there is actually a truck available Make sure your website is working properly as for us, it apparently was not Make sure you actually have friendly and knowledgeable staff. When the staff has an attitude with the customer the instant you walk in, trust me you just want to walk out and take your business elsewhere. Which is what I will do in the future We had to go to two places to finally get the truck we reserved and we still did not get the correct truck. All in all, this was a horrible experience with uhaul

I felt like I was getting arrested renting a U Haul trailer. The lady in the front desk took pictures of my drivers license, my truck, ask me to gave her a phone number of a person that could answer the phone. It was a weird experience. I am not sure what U Haul actually does with personal information. Hopefully they get rid of it.

Be more aware of customer needs...try to think like the customer. Most people have never gone through a truck rental experience, especially online. Just be considerate and conscientious and explain the process so customers have an expectation.

I used express online check-In. It was a waste of time as everything I had to enter was again observed and entered either on a paper form or computer once again. It took over an hour from when I arrived until I was checked out to leave with my rental. When I returned the rental it took extra time because at check out, the employee had entered the wrong rental ID for the unit I rented.

The rental process is entirely too long. Details on website and at the office were not the same, such as the 50mile minimum mileage charge on vans. Did not receive blankets I reserved then had a prolonged wait to have them taken off the charges despite calling in and being told it was taken care of.

Train your employees better. I completed the online pre-check in, but had to give all information again when I went to pick up my trailer. I used my wife's number as my emergency contact #, but I had her phone with me and was told that I could not rent a trailer because they could not call her. Another associate had to intervene and said that a different contact person was fine. It took me much longer to get my reserved trailer than the man who walked in after me with no reservation. If it was not absolutely necessary for me to have a trailer that morning, I would have gladly paid extra to get one somewhere else. Train your people better.

The app is one of the worst I've ever experienced. The prompts had me running back and forth from the truck to the service counter. I had to wait for 10 minutes while the system called my husband for verification. It was a huge waste of time. Next time I'll use the agent.

We dropped of the truck around noon on 07/28. We received an urgent voice mail to contact the center. Stuck in the phone tree until someone in AZ picked up to take a message. We were VERY concerned and went to the center in person. They said the truck wasn't checked in, but it is now and they wanted to make sure we didn't need it longer. The next morning, we received another voice mail the truck was NOT checked in. AGAIN, could not get through - finally did and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes until the phone disconnected. Very stressful. We drove back to Melbourne and didn't hear anything further. The phone line is a problem. BIG problem. And we checked in the truck, it had an inspection on site and passed everything. We turned the truck in early
