The clerks at the location need to tell the renter about using toll roads with a trailer. The inability to put the trailer on a sunpass account is TERRIBLE. I would rather sign a waiver stating that it is MY responsibility to take the trailer off than not be able to put it on in the first place. This was never mentioned to us.Justin V.

I rented a 5x8 trailer. When the uhaul trailer attendant and myself connected the trailer I asked the attendant to physically verify that all the lights including directional turn signals, brake lights and running lights were operational!!! The attendant insisted that all lights functioned properly and was no need to verify the operational status of the trailers lighting systems! I accepted the attendants assurances and began my 600 mile journey. As soon as it became dark I employed the lights only to determine that the lights only half worked!!! Needless to say I was furious as I had to stop my trip and wait for daylight to be able to safely pull your trailer !!! I lost 12 hours of travel time and was severely disappointed at the level of professionalism exhibited by the departing uhaul attendant as I was encouraged to accept the lights worked and move along! A refund to my card of the rental fee would be fair as I did not receive the equipment I have come to expect from uhaul !!JOSEPH C.

The woman who I believe is the manager with the â€œblondeâ€ fried looking hair, similar to that of a broomstick; jumped down my throat at 7 AM for quite literally zero reason. I had been helped already and just had an issue with my truck, I come back in and stand in line just waiting, looking at my phone, minding my business when this gremlin emerges from the back and as if I had complained or looked disgruntled (I didn't) shouts at me â€œwe'll be with you in a minuteâ€ - my response was â€œno worries I've been helped already I just have an issue with my truckâ€ - in other words, do not worry about me, don't stress I've been helped already whenever someone becomes available that's all I required. And this lady gone off who knows what at 7 AM in this wildly unnecessarily gross tone responds to me with : â€œ Well as you can SEE. We have people in line in front of you. So we will be helping THEM. FIRST.â€ Excuse the fuck out of me ? Who was complaining in the first place ? My response was: â€œ I can SEE. that. I wasn't being rude or complaining so the attitude is unnecessary. Thanks.â€ And thankfully she shut her mouth, but I'm not sure why someone like that is in charge of the establishment when literally every other employee in there gave 11/10 service while she is aggressed by the very presence of a customer it seems like. Aside from that, the man who checked me out for my truck and helped me with my keys did a great job and the nice woman who assisted with my truck seat issue was amazing as well. Nothing was communicated about the $1000 hold applied to debit card reservations, I even asked directly what the total charges would be and the deposit was never mentioned. I have rented from this location 5-10 times before and never has it shown anything other than pending, but not oh boy this time it chargedCameron P.
