Location is not in the best neighborhood. While the gentlemen that helped me was extremely nice and courteous, this is a convenience store and should not be a UHaul location.

This location tried to say that they didn't have my reservation, tried to charge me twice and it took me over an hour to finally get the truck
Matthew OI scheduled a reservation from a U-Haul center so I’d have the suppport when checking out the trailer. However, my reservation got changed to a convenience store where there was little help and confidence that my trailer was secure. I had to hook it up sticking out in a street behind the convenience store with the owner on a FaceTime call. Again, I originally reserved a U-Haul location for a reason, but that got changed by U-Haul last minute.
David MVehicle smelled like marijuana. Reservation said pick up and drop off was literally the same time so charged me more. Had to wait over an hour to get the truck and to make the matter worse, I had to move 2 other trucks MYSELF to get to mine. Bad experience overall
