This location was a bodega style place in a weird neighborhood and the only person there was the guy at the cash register. He was not helpful and there was no space to park the uhaul with the trailer.

The location was hard to find. The guy inside did not speak English, had to call someone to translate. The truck has a funny smell in the back. And the tire had a blow out on the highway with my kids inside. Very unsafe and they should of never rented that truck.
Hector P.The vendor lacked understanding of U-Haul in general and was suggesting their own rules of equipment use. I felt that I'd be charged even for a spec of dirt on the equipment so added protection plan after meeting with the location rep. I won't be surprised if the rep will note unrealistic issues just to pocket the money as the U-Haul pickup was filthy for being brand new.
