Maybe have more customer representative on busy days to reduce the time one has to wait in line. Also, irate customers should not be allowed to disturb other clients.

Lower the amount of time needed on the phone to make a reservation. And employees should have the reservation information in front of them when clients arrive so they are not required to give the same information over and over.

The information on the website for the uhaul at Hurffville stated there was storage - there were storage 'pods' or something like that - but not a storage center - I would not have chosen this location if the information provided would have been accurate.

Unprofessional staff: found the staff to be unprofessional in their roles. Talked about personal things while interacting with customers, ignored customers at times leaving us waiting around with very little information. I had to follow-up with multiple agents to get my questions answered. Wait time: there was no reason it should have taken as long as it did to check a customer in and get them their vehicle.

It took me to long to wait for help and someone to attach my trailer on my vehicle. In total I spent 45 minutes which to me is extremely bad since I have come to this same location multiple time be have been in and out within 15 mins and there had been more customers. I like this location but communication between employs needs a lot of improvement. When I returned the trailer I went inside they told me to go talk to a lady outside which then told me I need to go back inside. Where they ended up helping me. I recommend Better communication between employees.

Although my lady who serviced me was nice, patient, and informative, there was another man there (tall, white, large man approx 8am) and he was extremely irritable and curt with other customers. He seemed very stressed, and was very unprofessional. For example, one stapler wasn't working as he was trying to use it, and in front of a customer threw it across the floor. Also, a latin customer, which was limited in English abilities, was being treated horribly by him, and from the very start of their interaction. I was incredibly shocked on how he stomped around (during and between customer interactions), slammed doors, treated other colleagues with a short, frustrated, and rude demeanor.

I was told that my credit card insurance was not accepted. The front desk agent told I had to pay $10 extra dollars to use the van for 1 hour. She said U-haul doesn't work with 3rd party insurance. That policy needs to be revisited.
