You're system seems laggy. I called to make a reservation and they booked us at a Tacoma location, but when we got there, the reservation didn't have a specific location. We had a reservation code and email stating this. We recieved a call a few minutes later stating that it was moved to somewhere different.

Overly busy, but of course Saturdays are probably normally that way...arrived 15 minutes early for my pick up time with express check in and still didn't leave with truck until 20 minutes after arrival time and only had reserved truck for 2 hours

I have always had great service renting from this location. I appreciate their willingness to help and explain any questions I've had in the past. I am, however, still waiting to receive my receipt via email from this rental.

I rented this truck a few days ago. I wanted it to be easy. Was not. They Got my order messed up 5 times and every time it was me that caught it. Tried giving me the wrong kind of truck. Still haven't received my email with the receipt and it was suppose to be sent right then. It has been 5 hours ago. A mess

I called and asked to speak to a manager but the receptionist refused. Theresa(sp), was her name. I asked a few times and she would not get management. So I was screwed. I picked up my truck too early so I couldn't speak to a manager in person neither. I just wanted feedback about the MOVERS I selected with my order. Is that so bad? Needless to say, customer service is POOR.

1. Was not made to feel appreciated as a customer. Instead of warm and inviting, I was made to feel as though I was guilty of something, why am I there, and how am I going to rip the business off. 2. The Check Engine Light was on. When I reported it, I was told,, oh yea,, it's just the O2 sensor. So basically, instead of repairing the vehicle, just rent it out to customers, then, should something happen, since it wasn't documented on the contract, you can blame the customer.

We were perfectly happy with this location, but not with U-haul's decision to have such a short ramp on our 26' truck. The incline was extremely steep which was dangerous.

The after hours return was not working. It took a long time for customer support. Got transferred to another location. No answer. Called 2 times. After 2nd call. I was finally checked in after I informed them the UHAUL APP was not working. I disagree with your gas assestment. We filled the truck to the line when we picked it up and we were charged extra as the staff said it wasn't filled to the line. Again I disagree. Very disappointed.
