The associate was helping customers in a very professional way. He was following company policy and adhering to the governor's orders with COVID. The customer in front of me tried making a scene and blowing her situation out of proportion. He handled it smoothly. When I scheduled my 26 foot truck, it was for Saturday morning. Something went wrong between the scheduler and the pickup location. I needed the truck for 24 hours but I was only given 730 to 245pm. The associate worked within his ability and figures out the problem and got me my truck. I'm grateful to him for doing that. My weekend and plans would have been ruined, if he had not put in the effort.

The location is very close and easy for me. It went really quickly. However, I tried to use (or was required to) the online feature, but it didn't work. In the end, I had to use the front desk and then they were competing with the online feature. So that was frustrating. I don't mind using either but need them to work.

I did the mobile check-out for the truck. It was really convenient and I appreciated the opportunity for a contactless transaction; however, I do have one suggestion. I wish there had been a note along the way in the steps that explained what was coming next. For example, I knew that I needed to take pictures of additional damage on the truck, so I switched out of the link to do so. When I came back to the link, it had timed out. I wish I’d known there was an opportunity to take pictures on the next screen. It’s a small thing, but would have been helpful. Otherwise, my experience was great!

The pick up experience was great. The location and it’s people are great. The truck we got was a POS. It was beat to hell and had engine and maybe bearing issues. Time to retire or overhaul that truck.

Explanation of checking procedure and the online system were poor. Give a complete overview BEFORE start of procedure. Also, I did not use pads or break bag seal but was charged anyway despite alerting clerk.

First of all, realize that some people do not understand the whole routine of checking in on our phones due to covid 19. Maybe, when I called to rent my uhaul they could have explained it. But no one did. Then when I showed up, the guy was a complete jerk. He was frustrated because I didn't understand the check in process. WHICH THEN FRUSTRATED ME! if you are in customer service, be nice to the customers. That simple. I will never go to that location again. The girl that I talked to there later was super sweet though.

Associate incorrectly charged me for extra mileage of $11.xx. I had wanted to make sure there was no charge and wanted the receipt. He went ahead and charged me before confirming with me about the extra mileage. He did not see the extra miles I've been given for having to drive further to pick up my rental. I called 1800gouhaul and the rep confirmed that I did indeed have the extra miles to my reservation. I've been charged unnecessarily before when just leaving without asking for a receipt. I tried to avoid the same situation but was charged anyway and he couldn't avoid the charge even though he knew I confirmed it was incorrect. He said to call the manager tomorrow as he couldn't wait to leave work. This level of service is unacceptable once but to happen twice is unforgivable. Because of this I may not come back to Uhaul again no matter how convenient it is. Having to wait and receive a refund is not something Inshould have to do everytime I rent a van!

Hopefully the vehicles are being sanitized with chlorox wipes or sprayed down between customers. We wiped down our own rental just in case, when we acquired it.

The customer service was terrible. I was trying to help an elderly friend of the family move, and they did not have internet access on their phone, nor the level of computer literacy to book this themselves. While the sight did a great job of social distancing, they used that as an excuse so they could not manually enter the data. It took over an hour with only one other customer in the store for most of that time, dealing with the exact same issue to leave with a truck. I went to a different location 2 days later, and was out in less than 15 minutes with them entering the data and helping us navigate. I understand that these are very trying times, and I do want to commend the cleanliness of this location, and their adaptation to dealing with this pandemic, but the customer service was incredibly frustrating.

The guy at the front desk was rude 3 out of the 5 times we went there in the last 3 weeks. We waited for 15 to 20 minutes 3 out of the 5 times we were there and there were no other customers present. Picking up the uhaul was a breeze really easy process when reserving online. And drop off was very easy also. I liked that they bought back boxes we didn't use.

The person behind the counter in the morning was helpful. However, in the afternoon when I returned the truck the employees working there were ATROCIOUS. No one cared to help, and seemed oblivious to my presence. Very unprofessional and lazy people.

I did not do the return of van on phone app because this location isnt in the best neighborhood & didnt want to be doing the phone app & not beware of my surroundings. So, I got charged $40 more. My card was charged over % $75. I dont think I will rent from you anymore, due to high prices. Thanks, Darnell Shade

I reserved and paid for 24hrs. Then when I arrive the guy tells me I have to have it back at 6:30. Then I get a call asking where I am. I get attitude about not being back at 6:00 pm. I said the guy 6:30. And when I received a lil more attitude I reminded her that I have a 24 hr uhaul. I drop trailer off at 6:20 and they have the audacity to charge me $134.00 the day. Not only do I want this location to return the full day including “safetow” they charged me for 20 minutes. I want them to honor my other “12hours”. I will be contacting my credit card company to have them reverse the extra charge. I have my screen shot of my contract. I understand this is not how uhaul operates and that this is how this location is run. The person who walked up did not say a single word to me. Not hello not anything. Just wrote their contract on their phone. And after I took off the chains I let them twist the hitch off. They did not notify me at all that I was charged.
