If the customer has to go further than 5 mile of his moving location for a truck you should give a better rate on milages for the truck available trucks are a company problem not the customers .

Employees lied about damage done to another vehicle and they lack the supported evidence to prove that the damage was done by I, Tara Gamble. It was mention to me by (uhaul employee Curston) that the incident took place later that night. It was also mentioned that “she received an text message from her boss and that she didn’t even notice any damage”. We, Ralphal Hartmen did not cause any damage to any vehicle during the rental process at U-Haul. I,Tara Gamble and I, Rapheal Hartmen are not liable for the damages caused, during our rental duration with Uhaul. I have strong motive to believe that we were not given the option of rental insurance, for this purpose.

Was charged fill up fee of $30 for going under a1/4 tank. When I picked up the vehicle it was just shy of 1/4 tank and I only put 16 miles on it.

The experience with the truck itself and express check in was great. I did not have a good experience at the location itself. The employees inside the store were not helpful. One lady spoke so fast with a straight face that I had trouble following what she was saying, and she was apparently "joking" that they lost my reservation. When I was asking for help with the express check in, she was very impatient and rude to me. Meanwhile while I was filling out my reference contact information, she started joking with her coworker about the gas she was getting from her Panda Express lunch. The entire experience felt very disrespectful. I'm a polite customer but this was a horrible experience. I don't usually write bad reviews but I will probably leave this location a bad review on Yelp.

Even though we were registered online and on time, the line was long and slow. It took forever and the van was disgusting. It looked like someone took an ink cartridge and it exploded everywhere. The van smelled like smoke and something rotten. It was not clean at all. I have used U-Haul in the past and this was the worst I have seen.

We walked in today to move our stuff from upack to our apartment after moving from Maine to Washington state and Tamia McKendall was AMAZING!!! She worked it out so we could get a U-Haul truck today and was so nice and pleasant to us in every way! She made a stressful process not even close to being stressful anymore and was very knowledgeable. I recommend going to see her any day and I will to my friends and family, she really is great at her job and we appreciate everything she has done for us today and will not forget it! Van didn't have any gas, had to waste time i paid for the vechile driving too and filling up with gas before i could even use it. Milage wasnt accurately recorded. Piles of boxes block the lines for customers to approach checkout. Workers were not bad. Manager (im guessing - blonde curly hair woman) spelt out curse word which is somehow appropriate since customers are suppose to know how to spell i suppose. Van grundgy and not very clean.

The attendants at UHaul were courteous and helpful. The van was clean and rode well. The fee was reasonable for a one-day move. I will use this location again next time I move furniture.

This location needs customer service training. While they are never rude at this location they are also not very friendly or prompt. Example being when I walked into the building I was not greeted, despite three employees and no customers. Additionally, I had to wait three minutes before anyone acknowledged me.
