The drop of sign was small and in a side street. Impossible to see unless you know what to look for. The single employee was belittling me when I didn't park on the right spot. Very annoying and respectful.

Excellent customer service
I reserved 2 furniture dollies and they had 0. This made moving my furniture very difficult and took more time. When I asked to do a one way trip as a way to offset this inconvenience it wasn't even considered. When I returned with the moving blankets I rented, I was asked to fold them - this seemed strange so I asked if they were being washed between uses as we are in the middle of a pandemic and they said no. Pretty unbelievable with everything going on and I imagine the trucks are not being sanitized between uses either.

Let customers in on time. Several of us were waiting and no one let us know the door was unlocked. It was about 5 minutes.
Maintain the trucks a bit better so customers are confident that when they go to brake the truck will stop lol

Friendly and courteous
The night check in process was too complicated- I didn't remember my account info and couldn't figure out how to check in - stood in the parking lot for 1/2 hour !!
I reserved my vehicle online and also ordered 2 sets of moving blankets. i asked about the blankets during my checkout and the lady told me they were in the back of the truck. I drove away to my home and opened the back to put a few things in it and there were no blankets. I drove the truck back to the location and asked them about it and they said they didn't have any. So I wasted about 10 miles driving back and forth to get the blankets and I didn't get an apology. I had to go to a different location to rent blankets. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

I have used U-haul so many times I have lost track. I have rented trucks, trailers, storage pods, and storage units. I have never had a bad experience until I did this last truck rental. The customer service was rude and the man was degrading. I will never ever come back to this facility. I was truly so astounded by the person's rudeness and lack of patience to answer what questions I had.
I have never seen slower service, or absolute lack of knowledge and poor communication amid coworkers before.
If its a Saturday have more than one person working especially in the afternoon. We returned the truck, line was out the door, finally moved up and a lady who paid cash was waiting for a refund that should have been quick but instead took 20 minutes bc the person who quoted her quoted her wrong. They put 20 miles total instead of 26 miles each way which is what the customer said and then she had to pay 65 dollars extra for someone else's mistake which is unfair.
I would likely return to this location if need be due to the fact that the staff was very attentive and helpful.

Customer service was atrocious. The guy had no people skills. Didn't catch his name. He checked us in and out. When we left he told us to leave the car running and went off. We sat in the car for about 15 mins before I got out to ask if we were okay to leave. He was okay during check out just not friendly. I can deal with that if Uhaul can.
The pick up of additional items Like the furniture dolly could be clearer and at the check out attendants could of been more customer proactive. Example: I parked in front, in one of rental spots because there were no open spots in Customer parking, came in and asked where do I grab the moving pads and dolly from? The attendance response was for me to move my car and wait for 3 people to get checked out. 15 minutes later when it my turn I ask the same question and his answer was â€œthere in the next room, take what you orderedâ€. Answering my initial question instead of Solely being focused on where I parked would of saved me 20 minutes.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Equipment was in working order. Return process was easy! Would absolutely use them again :)

I dropped the rental truck off with a full tank and without damage. Attendant said he would email me my receipt and charges. I've been home for 90 minutes and no receipt. How do I get the receipt of charges and $200.00 refund?
