Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt was good. I wish the drop-off place had a bit more lighting.
Josh RThe website and the mobile application required 35 minutes to coordinate a rental; it should be a 5-minute task on the mobile application. The lockbox for keys is in poor shape, and obtaining the keys is very difficult due to the condition of the locks, which are VERY DIFFICULT to open.
BARRY MNothing, but the only thing is sweep in the back of the cab inside the truck !
LUXON LThe original return location 6001 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL is a Dunkin location with no U-Haul involvement. I had to talk to four U-haul representatives before I could get the return location changed. Customer Service reps should have capability to change drop-off location so that I wouldn’t need to talk to multiple representatives.
