Overall, it was quick and easy to get the truck. I thought it would be an issue, but it turned out. There was no issue so yes in the future I would definitely use U-Haul and that facility again. I give it. 👍👍 up
Walter KYou charged me after hours return fee even though it was returned at approximately 2:00 p.m. You also overcharged me on the rental. We will have the credit card company remove the charges for you if you don't.

DANIEL GWe arrived at our appointed time (10 am) only to be told that the vehicle we had reserved was not available because someone rented it that morning (probable online) and did not bring it back as scheduled. The personnel at the location were somewhat helpful trying to resolve the issue, but no van could be found within a reasonable distance. (You charge by the mile!!) I asked if we could get a truck for the same price and was told that they had no authorization to do so. They gave me a number to call Uhaul to try to make that arrangement!! I did and was able to take care of our one hour job with a much larger truck. The truck probably used more gas than the van (we put 3 gallons of gas for the 12 miles we drove). The truck was old and not at all comfortable. To "improve for the next customer"? Have the proper equipment available when promised and instruct the renting agents to call Uhaul to remedy issues instead of asking them to do it!!
