Fredy RMike is a great guy and helped a ton with understanding how to go about booking. The issue is not with him, but the day I showed up for my truck and trailer no one was there and I was there at opening/business hours. 15 minutes past my pickup time a lady showed up and she was very rude. Helped me with my reservation, but I had a hard time watching her treat her employees as less than and with an attitude. I was being told my reservation wasn't on file and finally when they pulled it up 45 minutes went by and I had movers waiting at my location because the pickup ended up taking an hour. The truck says to take pictures, I asked her if I should, she said I didn't have to, I still did anyway. When I came back to tell her why my one-way truck had 1/4 of a tank, she replied sarcastically and said I needed to take a picture and then return it how it was given to me, keep in mind this is my first experience renting a uhaul truck. She asked if I needed insurance, to which I replied look at my reservation, it is all there. She ended up putting more Insurance than I asked for too. Overall very poorly run, and I wasn't made aware to clean the truck bed or return the towels folded otherwise I could be charge an extra fee. Things I had to learn as I went. The drop off experience was different and the people there were very helpful and polite, just like the people in scheduling over the phone, very polite and courteous. Very mixed with my ratings because where I picked it up was so badly managed.
