To have your employees let people know all the opinions available to bring the rental back. We booked the rental for 2 days, we cou ldn't return it as the office was closed on the day to be returned, this was posted on the door and we confirmed with the employee when it was picked up. We found out that there was another location available to drop the trailer when we brought back the rental, if we had know this the rental would have taken back sooner. Unfortunately we returned it today, after 12 pm (we meant to drop it off when the location opened) and we had to pay for an additional day. If the employee would have let us know that there was another location that would have accepted the rental, we could have avoided paying for an additional day.

Williams SI picked up the uhaul and the fuel tank was 3/8th full. I was told that i had to fill it to 3/8th upon return or I would be charged $1.90 a litre. This is a horrid practice. Not only was thd truck in fallons but the fuel guage doesnt even show 3/8th. I returned it with over 1/2 tank but was told uhaul does bot compensate for overfilling. This is a ridiculous practice. The uhaul should be full upon pick up and full upon return. Crappy cash grab by the company for sure.

Jonathan REnsure your staff arrive on time. This was second time using this location and second time your staff was late, causing me to be late on my schedule. Then the staff member had issues logging in to the system.
