Why do you pay 29.95 per day and only have the truck for 5 hrs And employees start calling for you to bring the truck back because it is tied up with other reservations I did not even get to finish moving I still have a load and cannot believe you pay by the he and not by the day the truck was so dirty the windows were not even cleaned.

The truck required a wheel alignment which made it difficult to stay in your lane while you're on the freeway the person would have assumed that you were drinking and driving but you aren't just that the truck itself needs a wheel alignment

I arrived at 9:15am and was having problem bypassing the license verification portion of the phone check in process and I went inside to ask for help, Danielle told me that she can't help me because I choose self check in. She just told me to back up on my phone screens and try again. After about 10 minutes, I went back up to her and told her that I would like her to check in for me. She was hesitant and kept asking me questions why I couldn't do it on the phone. She eventually helped me though. There was only one person working the counter. I spoke with the manager, his name was Chris and he said that Danielle couldn't help me because it was self check in! He never apologized. I didn't get my truck until 10. I am not happy with the service I received. I've always had a fast in and out experience but this was the worst one ever.

The location is convenient. The girls inside are not very customer service friendly. They never smile, great new customers or acknowledge them in anyway. The outside associates are really pleasant and Chris is very nice as well.

I have used uhual a number of times and usually have a good experience. Today was very different and it was my first time at Hammertown uhual in Stockton. I walked in and Danielle was on the phone with a customer. I stood in front of her for 5 minutes as she casually had a conversation with this person without any regard for me. Some girl walked in behind me and as Danielle was on the phone, she instructed the girl to go to the register and wait for her. She continued to act as though I wasn't even there. When she finally got off the phone, she still ignored my presence as if I wasn't there and walked over to the register with the other customer. Once they were done, I told her I was there to pick up. She rudely told me that my reservation was made over the phone and I had to do the "mobile checkin" which is awful and extremely time consuming. When I told her that's not what I wanted to do, she simply told me that if I wanted to change it, I would have to go online and change something just so she would even help me. I HATE this uhual location and will never bring my business there again, thanks to Danielle.

Poor reservation!! U-haul needs to enforce return times and not book back-to-back. Rental return times are mainly customer dependent, leaving the next customer waiting for a return. Trucks need to be cleaned better when rented immediately after a return. Found trash in driving compartment, seats had black residue and steering wheel had sticky substance. Unsanitary! I would suggest Uhaul corporate to send this location locking gas caps for all trucks. Staff telling customers gas tanks are empty because vandals are siphoning gas out of trucks in the yard. Only location in town with the best inventory. Chris was helpful and promised the future rental will be much more pleasant.

When you guys book a reservation for someone you guys should honor what you say and not have customers go to a different city and a different time of pick up. Lodi Uhaul Cherokee lane sucks for reservations. What else makes me upset is that i purchased many boxes from you guys for my move and then I get c4appy customer service experience for my van reservation. Work on your integrity please when you say such and such Do such and such. You guys won't read this anyways I'm wasting my time.

You put a hold on the full amount, a 2 day rental, charging our account again when we returned the truck, blaming our bank for not processing the transaction correctly when it was your error. You assured us this would be cleared up in a few days but you seemed unconcerned, in the meantime we're out nearly 300.00. This is money we needed for other moving expenses and has caused us hardship. We've used uhaul for years, first time at this location. If this isn't cleared up by tomorrow we will have to take it up with Chase as a fraudulent charge I don't know what else to do when your staff wouldn't deal with this mistake on the spot. This needs to be made right.

I has a horrible experience with the yuba city uhail and oroville one where two days and the day before my move they informed me that they did not have my truck, so I get in contact with this company and they had one im so thankful on this stressful day that they helped out alot
