Fuel tank was not full. 21 miles 5 gallons of gas. Person at counter looked at gas gauge and said; that’s where the gauge sits when full. It was below the full mark. When I filled the tank up, the gauge went past the full mark. I didn’t top it off Very bad customer service.

I told your company that I am hauling a Polaris Ranger ATV, that needed 6' wide trailer, because it is 5' wide. so I picked up a ramp 6 x 12 trailer, at closing time, so I could use it Sunday morning, stopped to have dinner with my wife, and notice, when I stopped for gas, that this trailer wont work! the opening at the back is less than 5', I called customer service, who said, contact dealer when they open, so, I returned the unused trailer at opening, 7am, and they charged me anyway! Because I didn't return it within an hour, the attendant said: call the manager Monday and ask him, so I did, and he did nothing, but keep my money, and I said; So, basically, I'm screwed, and he said YES! I feel like your company does this all the time! Knowing the equipment is wrong!

The trailer was clean, but seemed like the hitch assembly could use a little lubrication or something. The sounds coming from it and the jerkiness of the hitch mechanism while driving were really something! I rented a 6 x 12' trailer. The exterior was a bit beat up, but was clean. When I got my trailer I had requested dollies and blankets, which were supposed to be inside. I failed to check before getting back home, and discovered they were not in there. Had to go back to pick them up. Lesson learned--always check before leaving the store!

The people the were working there this Sunday 4/8/18 have no customer service skills not one of them show me were the car was or explain process to me I have rent U-Haul before but never had this experience. I when in at 315pm the girl the help me she was rude and briefly told me I only had 45-1hr minutes to rent the vehicle and return it back., if I didn’t like it to Go back the next morning and the other guys didn’t help ether, so I decided to rent the vehicle and she told me to go look for the vehicle myself and write all damages I see I ask were is the vehicle was and she said to me outside go look for it.,I was surprised how they managed to be rude and lazy I didn’t want to say anything at the time cuz I need it to rent it and since she had told me I only had 45-1 hour I want to to hurry up so I just did what she said to do., I was a little late to return the car, I when back at 4:40pm and the place was already closed I then call the 1800 and ask for extension and info about how to return the vehicle and luckily they were helpful and kind to help me and walk me thru the steps on how to return this vehicle. Thank you for the help, but people at the store location need more training. I had a horrible experience. I don’t ever recommend to go to this place unless the employees there get customers service training. They really need it.

Sales people were kind, however ordered my rig less then 24 hours ahead. My reservation was taken away. Drop off point was not available as planned. In the rain had to find another drop off location. Had to pay more in gas because they had to upgrade my rig. Moving is stressful as it is. Don’t like having my movers create more stress

When returning equipment on Monday, there was only one person working. She was efficient and nice, but there was a long line waiting. One would think that on a Monday morning, there would be more staff. The truck rented had seen better days, with cracking seat and very sticky cup holders.

I was told that we would receive a $35 discount on our rental contingent upon return with 1/4 tank of gas, which was not honored. When we arrived to pick up the unit they notified us that their system was down and there were no notes made on the account by the MANAGER who advised that we would receive a $35 credit. The unit was given to us without any kind of prior inspection and only 1/8 tank of gas. We spoke to the Assistant Manager upon return of the unit and she stated to us that there would be no charges made until she contacted her manager regarding the $35 credit. Upon checking my account this morning, they charged me anyways!! no $35 credit given either!! I will ABSOLUTELY be contacting the corporate office regarding this location, and I will actively avoid moving so I never have to do business with U-Haul ever again.
