STEVEN K. | Overall ExperienceOnly one issue- first time I returned to put more stuff into our unit 328 - there was a second lock on the unit placed there by uhaul staff - still first month which had been paid - no one could explain why the lock was on there and it took 30 plus minutes to get someone to remove the lock

But at the last moment received a call saying it is not free, and either I started paying immediately from May 9 (though I do not need it till May 12), or lose it. It was too late to find a alternative one so have to do whatever I was told to do.
