When we got there one of the workers said you're in the wrong place ticket around to the back but no one came with this no one followed my son had to take it off of the car when he finally got that everything was done he said did you do with a credit card or cash I said I paid with my debit card will do you want a receipt very unhappy with the service there I realize we all get busy but I was there to return their equipment the customer service was awful

I walked in a few minutes before close to return a Uhaul and the guy asked to help me and I told him my dad was right behind me with the uhaul and he said ok well we close in 2 minutes. First of all it was 4 minutes until closing and seriously? What are you going to do, ask me to step out of the store so you can close the door on me instead of waiting and extra 2 minutes?? The girl that was there helped us just fine and my dad arrived with 1 minuted to spare!!!

This facility was selected for us as our original request was canceled 2 hours before pick-up on a Friday afternoon. The facility and staff were great, but U-Haul in general and the reservation and subsequent cancellation were horrible. I will shop my options next text as I've lost faith in U-Haul. It really left us scrambling in a time of need.

We had pre reserved a 17 ft truck, a week in advance and when we got to the shop, there were none available. There was nothing done, except offering us the smaller truck. Would also be helpful if your customer service rep would explain how to return the truck online.

Truck had a harsh downshift when braking with the tow/haul mode on which caused the load to shift. Truck would brake smoother with the mode off.

Your "self service" high tech option was incredibly frustrating. It kept asking for me to download photos of myself, which I didn't have time for. It was a confusing process and wouldn't recommend to anyone doing it this way. Your staff at this location is awesome. This is why I keep coming back. To try and downsize your staff and offer more of this self service option would be a poor business decision.

The truck smelled like an old ash tray. I reserved a truck and an appliance dolly. When I got there to pick up my truck the guy at the counter said, " Sorry, we are out of appliance dollies and we don't reserve them." Why is this feature even offered on the website if the locations are just going to ignore it!!!! I will never rent from U-Haul again. This company needs to work on their equipment and the people that represent them. Worst place I have ever rented a truck from.

The only problem was that when I put in for my reservation for the truck on your website, I was quoted a much lower rate, which nearly double.

This is the second time that U-Haul has made a mistake on my reservation, which cost me money. I believe that it is intentional and that U-Haul's employees are not being honest. They lied about the gas and they lied about my reservation, then said it was a "mistake", yet the so-called mistake cost me money on my last two reservations. I will see out another company to rent my trucks from, and I rent often, so good luck with repeat business. It is not worth it for me to get a $19.95 daily quote, when I am going to be overcharged ($89.95 last time and $19.95 for two days this time) upon returning the truck. Shame on you U-Haul for practicing such despicable business tactics. I wrote an email last time, and the manager didn't bother to even address my concerns. What a shame. Shame on you!
