While I had specifically ordered a cargo van (from the norwalk location) and been routed to the Stamford location, when I arrived they changed my equipment to a truck and called it an upgrade. This was after re-confirming the details with an employee of the Stamford location the day before. While it was resolved successfully, this should not have occurred and it cost me 45 minutes tied up in the process. The employee that assisted me at pickup however was very professional and courteous.

They charge me double the rate because I was 45 minutes late. It's supposed to be 1995 a day and I only rented it for six hours. I was back in 6.45 hours and they doubled my charge. Total scam artist

I was expecting to pay $38 and was charged over $200! I confirmed pickup and drop off with both locations this week and when I dropped off the vehicle the worker told me just to leave the keys in the vehicle and he'd send the receipt. The receipt he sent charged me for two days and at a rate I did not agree to. This is outrageous and fraudulent. I will pursue this legally if not resolved.

The windshield was horribly dirty. I had one of the GMC vans and it was sitting next to the newer looking ford van which seemed like it would have been so much easier to use. The location was ok but seemed very run down but the rep working was very nice.

The hydraulic assist on the tailgate is not functioning and actually inhibits lifting the gate. (I've mentioned this previously after a prior rental.) It would help a lot of it were fixed! Thanks!

The gentleman that helped me was patient, unhurried, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and polite. While this is not the most convenient location for me it is worth the extra drive for the right service.

The office was dirty, disorganized and looked like a bomb went off in it. Almost no stock of moving supplies, but nice people though. The truck was clean BUT EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE!!!!!! I first thought once the truck was loaded, it wouldn't be so squirrelly or unpredictable on the road. WRONG. Steering was way too loose and it bounced and veered all over the road - was exhausting for me and my husband to drive - always fighting for it to stay in the lane. Unless this is fixed the truck IT NOT ROAD WORTHY - Terrifying & extremely dangerous. Very unhappy - just happy we and others are alive!

There was a grounding wire problem for which roadside assistance fixed. Also, a couple of days into the rental I started smelling something in the cab that just wasn't right. Turned out to be a closed box of fishing chum behind the drivers seat.

I was sent information for a more convenient pick up location and then told this is the only place that would actually have a truck. Very frustrating however the person I spoke to on the phone at this location as well as who was working there was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The office was messy but in and out with no problem.

No one was present for drop off. Owner said to leave key in box and receipt would be emailed, but never received anything.
