Confusing corner lot. Though there was a sign placed on the corner curb directing customers where to return equipment, there wasn't clear indication where customers should go to PICK UP their reservation. Friendly staff was able to clarify.

When checking in you need to get the opportunity to see the gas gauge before signing that that is where it is at. Mine was off by quite a bit, luckily I took a picture to prove it. Checking in took quite a long time. There was a long line and only 2 people working on a Saturday.

When i reserved my rental from the call center, I was told it was automatically for 2 days but that if I turned the truck back in the same day I would get a $40 refund credtit. when i tried to confirm that in Springfield they had no idea, had never heard of that and said maybe the drop off location might know. When I asked in Tulsa, they had also never heard that and said maybe it would have been if I had done a deposit. I should never have been told that from the call center if it wasn't true.

The staff were great, but the parking area is too small. Couldn’t find a place to park when I got there and there was a line of people returning items when I returned the trailer. Again, staff were good. No issues there.

The young man at the counter advised he had just worked for U-Haul for two weeks but he did an outstanding job. He explained everything very complete and did it in a very professional manor but was very pleasant to work with.

Rented a truck and trailer for a week it ended up costing 1300 which I was fine with but screwed me out of almost 700 dollars it ended costing me $1980 and the problem never got fixed

Make sure your people are trained. I was quoted one price when I made reservations and when I came to pick up rental was given another price that was completely different and they refused to honor price I was quoted. I have been standing here trying to return boxes for over 20 minutes and neither of the people here can figout how to do it. Freaking ridiculous. I will NEVER us Uhual again!

I actually rented a 26 ft truck but received a 21ft. Disappointed in that. Improvement could be made in offering more locations to pick up and drop off locations. I could have saved quite a bit if I could have had closer options. Most of the mileage I was charged was the pick up and drop off. Had to go 25 miles back just to drop it off!

Educate your employees about respecting people with disabilities. When a person informs the employees that they have a hearing impairment, accommodate the customer by speaking more slowly and clearly to avoid misunderstandings.
