When they were putting trailer on truck. The guy that did all the paper work inside said I needed to purchase a connector for the wiring to work. I had called 2 time setting up appointment and asking all the questions ect. At no time did anyone say I needed the connector (I do have one) I paid 32$ for trailer the guy said he wanted 15$ for connector I am in the parking lot with trailer hooked up. And no light. He said I could go back home and get mine. Only problem is it be 200 mile round trip. After I was not very nice they let me use it. At no charge. U all need to be more up front with your customer's. Not do this kind of bull shit.

I feel bad rating them so low because once I was helped with my reservation the gentleman was very nice. There were only 2 men working and 5 of us waiting in the makeshift office. I got there at 5:45 to pick up my reservation and wasn't helped by anyone except to say they were doing something else until 6:35. They had a fleet of New buses from the local school district filing up on propane and only 2 people working. About 6:15 a lady wearing a uhaul jacket came in, I thought to work but she went into the back room of the trailer and never came out. Staffing... would be my suggestion. I've never had to wait like that at the Campbell location. The guys working were running around like chickens with their heads cut off!

I picked up my truck around 1:15-130 pm and returned the truck at 6:45 pm. I was told I had 6 hours which would have been around 7:15 pm. When I got there to drop off, there was a man and woman that came outside. He said they were about to close and he would just email me my receipt in the morning. I went 73 miles in the truck and was quoted for 80. I returned the truck with the exact amount of fuel it had when I rented it. I looked at my receipt today and noticed UHaul charged me another $35. I called and they said that was their error and it could take 3 or more business days for them to look over the error and give me my refund. I spent quite a bit of money on moving with gas, a truck rental, and a new storage place yesterday and would only have $100 left in my account to last me until payday. I’m a single mother with 2 kids & now I’m at $65 in my account. This error has been a huge inconvenience for me. An error that shouldn’t have happened. I had the truck less mileage and less time than I was told I could have it, but you charged me for an extra day. Now I have to wait for money I was relying on to come in who knows how many days. I won’t be renting through UHaul again.

First off, the guy at the rental place said all my lights worked. Well, all but my running lights worked. Half way on my trip I got pulled over. Got a warning on the lights and was told to run with my flashers on but I couldnt find my insurance card so I was giving a ticket for that. Now I have to go all the way back to Warsaw mo to take care of this . other then that no problems

At the U-Haul on North Glenstone the lady that was helping me when I came to return my truck was an idiot. Her name was either Kim or Diana . She gave me the wrong truck. I didn't realize that until I was almost to where I was going to. I wasn't turning around to add up more mileage to tell them I have the wrong truck. They had already told me when I was waiting for the truck outside they had to move another one because that was the wrong one . When I came back to return the truck I talked to the same lady and she was very rude. I did not appreciate her tone or attitude it was very uncalled for. She should not be in customer service I told her it was the wrong truck she thought it was funny. And because of all the mix up and the hassle and all the waiting I did trying to get the truck I asked for a discount. She then very rudely said why should you get a discount and I explained it so she called the manager up. She tried to keep on arguing with me about it but I just waited for the manager and he was awesome! He came in and handled the situation great. That was about to be my very last time to ever go there because of that lady. I have used them about 3 or 4 times just in the past year. And because Emmanuel took care of me (not because he ended up giving me a discount for my troubles) but he was very respectful and understanding and I appreciate it. He is a great employee. Because Emmanuel took care of me I will go back in the future. Thank you!

We have rented from this location twice in the last month. They have always been extremely helpful and made the whole process easy.

I used the self checkin via website on my phone and that experience was pretty painful. The truck I was supposed to look for was not on lot and the alternate was not in the customer area but in the backlot. I had to go speak with a UHaul agent who was confused too. After that, the phone check-in process was smooth although the license / photo verification was kind of annoying. By the time I left the lot it was 8:00 but I still only had the truck until 3:30 so effectively lost 30 mins to the above. Anyway, the live customer service on site was great so will just do it the old fashioned way next time and skip the phone app.
