Its a ok place just to tight getting in and the parked uhal stuff was in the way when trying to drive out had to pull all most in the road just to see if I can pull outDenzel C.

I needed a larger unit and the glenstone location did not have one at the time so I rented one at the Bradford location and that is why I guess the truck ended up getting returned over there because someone that I hired two new job is lazy and now it's costing me $286DEBORAH B.

Truck was filthy dirty when picked up and truck was not inspected by employees before leaving property also the mileage was unknown by me prior to leaving and employees or manager stated when dropped I had been more miles than what I had actually drove which caused a dispute and unacceptable vulgar language from management over the telephone to me which if uhaul was my business I would not allow thatKELBY W.
This was excellent. My original online reservation was for a different location. That location did not have what I wanted. So, uhaul switched the location. The new location did not work for me, so I requested the Glenstone location. The reservation did not get entered, but the Glenstone location was able to meet my needs. The customer service was the absolute best the employee that I dealt with went beyond any expectations I would ever imagine receiving he was very efficient, respectful, appropriate and really made my experience renting from U-haul a pleasant and very good rental over all the return anytime is so convenient being that I didn't want to keep the trailor for longer then I needed for my own secure purposes knowing it is safely returned gave me peice if mind I would most definitely recommend this location and U- haul in general to anyone!!!
