Adam CProvide notification when the requested vehicle size is no longer available. - our requested vehicle was no longer available at our original rental location at uhaul neighborhood dealer at elm springs and the put us in a vehicle that was way too big for us. We had to request a transfer to another location, which led us to Uncle Tanks. Provide accurate access code to key lock box to avoid delays for customers picking up outside business hours.
