I couldn't drop off my uhaul after hours as the website wouldn't work. I left it their like the employee said and called the 1 800 number but it just kept saying no one was available no matter how long I was on the phone. Same thing happened this morning. So I got charged a late fee even though I dropped it off 2 hours early.

My uhaul had a leak in it and got my things wet.
Some of the staff could be more diligent about mask wearing.
The uhaul app to return the truck did not work!!!! For my phone or my boyfriends phone. The website is horrible and would not let us submit photos of the truck.

The girl taking drop offs didn't seem to know what she was doing. Almost took my adapter if I wouldn't have caught her. The rest of the staff was great. Just wish I would have know the storage facility was at a different place. Would have dropped storage items before unloading the car hauler.

Customer service was okay. Thomas was a bit prickly but understanding to a point coming from the customer service industry. If you're not there for the customer then why are you there? Equipment was clean but when I opened the door to the back of the truck it smelled like someone had been hotboxing in it all night. Truck and trailer worked great.
Everything was so simple and easy! Employee was really helpful and polite.
Give me my veterans discount. I never received it from finalizing my reservation to dropping it off. Customer service was not knowledgeable at all. I was on hold forever.
The lady that helped me check the pickup into today was great but the man that helped me check it out saturday was a lazy jerk.

At risk people like myself depend on employees being extremely sanitary by washing hands and sanitizing point of sale devices between customers in an environment without a public hand washing area or hand sanitizer. Require and wear masks and wash hands regularly during the pandemic.
Attendants do not wear face coverings. Rude when asked to do so. Management must be ignorant of Covid.
drop off was great no complaints. However, I rented a car trailer to be picked up at different location than where I rented pickup. When came time to get the trailer it was at a different location than original. Did everything on line and still had to wait at pickup location for person to reenter everything that was on my order. what's up with that?
The truck I rented had a violent shake when you got up to speed. Other than that the truck was clean. Also the check engine light was on.

The lot is way too crowded with vehicles.
What seemed to have started off on the wrong foot, due to the lack of fulfilling the previous customers moving order, (product was not available, computer indicated 14, there were none) from what I would guess to be an online order, as the UH associate had a computer generated form of items to be picked up.........Things went smoothly until it came down to me accepting or not a charge that was different than my quoted charge. (Rental for 4 hours of an small open trailer). I reserved and completed all required details online prior to picking up the trailer. The issue was I refused to accept a charge of $60, verses the quoted charge of $16.28, from that point, the situation escalated. The UH associate explained that would be the amount (including deposit) if paying "CASH" or "DEBT CARD", I was NOT paying by either method, I would be using a "CREDIT CARD", which my understanding the deposit is waived, using that payment method. The UH associate, called for the the manager, she had made the comment, I was "given her anxiety" & "she could refuse rental to me", she also stated "the manager may also refuse rental", I totally had empathy for her situation, as she stated "She is 5 months pregnant". I too have anxiety issues, caregiver to my 90 yo Mother, who's home is in the process of closing, thus the trailer rental, and my husband is a dialysis patient with 4% kidney function. We all have our "life struggles". The manager came and asked what the problem was, I explained and he was able to resolve the issue immediately. I was pretty agitated over the situation, as was the UH associate. I made the comment, "I will be submitting a review to UHaul" regarding this situation, with the meaning, how quickly and smoothly the manager handled the situation. Again, the UH associate took my comment has negative, I should have quietly exited, but as leaving, I wished her the best with her pregnancy and stated "maybe she shouldn't be in this position while she is pregnant, if the ordeal we encountered bothered her so", again, not intended as a negative, but it seemed to just add fuel to the fire. It is apparent to me, the UH associate was not able to change the transaction amount & process as a CC, she seemed surprised the manager resolved the issue so quickly. It is apparent she needs additional training, if this situation would arise again. I stood firm on my ground, I would NOT accept a charge of $60, rather than the $16.28 for the rental period while paying with a CC.........Unfortunately both the UH associate & I were very agitated & frustrated from the transaction. I dreaded returning the trailer, wondering what issue might arise, but it went "perfectly" did not need to enter the inside of the facility at all. The manager was outside and checked the trailer in without an issue. Again, I apologized to the manager for the situation, he said he understood, it clearly was a misunderstanding of both of us. Sorry for the wordiness of this review, but it is what transpired. I am not certain I will ever use this location again, due to the experience.
