My reservation was confirmed for Belmont Street, Worcester. I arrived to be informed that it was supposed to be Spencer. Had to travel an additional hour to get the trailer. The staff at Spencer were very nice and the equipment was ready to go.

Uhaul is the worse! Even though I made reservations, nothing came through and top that. The truck wasn’t there when I came to get it. Instead I had to wait 3 hours until the truck came back so that made me late on my moving! I will never rent from uhaul ever again! When I called and complain about how my truck wasn’t there, the guy had such a poor attitude!

The Spencer location was fabulous, That day we had previously rented from Patriot Auto Glass in Holden and I even that that morning to confirm the rental. On our way to Holden to pick up our rental, we received a call saying our rental was now in Northboro MA. NO WHERE NEAR US. I called Patriot Glass and was blown off completely. Nothing they could do, no vehicles available blah blah blah, We stopped In Spencer and the woman was completely helpful and saved the move for us. I was told by the manager at Patriot Glass that UHAUL does this and he has no control over it. If this is true, I will never use UHAUL again as they are utterly unreliable. Again, THANK YOU to the great service we received in the Spencer location.

It wasn’t that this location didn’t maintain the trailer that was picked up because the did repair the wiring for the lights and it looked like they put new chains on it but the tongue and hitch sounded like it needed to be replaced.
