Only complaint was the truck getting stuck in the snow. Perhaps Uhaul should invest in snow tires for the trucks? Just a suggestion.

The people here are really nice and helpful. I have used uhaul quite a bit in the past few months. This time I reserved my trailer for 8 am since we had to travel quite a distance with it and have it back by 5. Unfortunately there was computer errors when we got there and we didn't get on the road until 9:30 which set us behind. We got home late that night and couldn't unload the trailer in the dark so we had to do it the next morning then return it. So unfortunately I was charged for another day.

I ordered a 10' and was not notified there was none available. When I got there I had to take a 15' truck at additional cost to me. I feel I should have been only charged for the 10'.

my receipt says rental price was $24.95 and the actual price was $32.95.They corrected it.

Had such a pleasant experience renting from the lovely couple who operates this U-Haul rental location. They reminded me of my own grandparents. They had me laughing from the moment I walked in there, which instantly had me at ease. These types of processes, especially around moving, can be so stressful, but they eliminated all of that. Definitely go here when you need a rental!

Service was excellent when I asked if I could drop off there. She checked to be sure I would not be charged to change drop off and assured me I would not. Nice gal who takes her job seriously.

Longer hours on Saturday.

My experience was great so far. I doubt improvements could be made. We screwed up the return after hours but spoke to 1-800 U-Haul while on site. Hopefully everything works out fine but the people at this location are super nice. I would certainly come back here first for any U-Haul needs based on my experience so far!

Young man at the counter too involved in a conversation with a patron so I started self check in on my phone while waiting and got to the pictures then walked out to take pics. A very nice gentleman came out and helped me unhook. The kid at the counter needs to get a clue, everyone else were 5 star.

Having made the reservation a month in advance I really was hoping to pick up my trailer in my home town, Northboro which was the preferred location.

Very good service. Easiest time I’ve had renting a u haul.

Spencer was the THIRD location we were directed to - and an hour away. In fact, because of all the hassles to actually get a truck, you gave us a $50 refund. It seems like you really need to have more 26' trucks in the region during peak moving season.

Everything was professional & convenient..

My electronic receipt shows $53.68 which was the amount I expected. There was no gas discrepancy, I returned the vehicle an hour before it was due back, and folded and bagged the half dozen sheets as instructed. When I looked at my bank account they charged $86.42, no explanation as to why they tacked on $30+ for themselves.

Picked up truck went 1 mile down the road started to rain, the passenger wiper blade broke off, I had to get a wiper blade for it, truck had scraping/grinding noise from one of the wheels. Interior was sticky and gross.

Great people to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

The owners were very nice people and helpful. But it is very old the building and it smells. Not their fault. We were lucky to get that, there was nothing available in any area around us to rent.

Lady was rude. Cancelled storage unit before moving in.

The facility is clean, well maintained, and offers atmosphere control. The staff is helpful and friendly.
