The salesperson that helped us was awesome, handled the busy crowd well. Quick thinking, workarounds to help us and still following appropriate procedures when we're was slow. Our move with the trailer worked out well. It did rattle when on the road.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Efficient process to pickup/return
Mark CThe day before our move our reservation changed and had to drive a longer distance to get our truck. We picked up our truck and it was damaged on the driver side as the pictures shown in the app. We got home and were told by the attendant to return the truck after a 30 minute travel. We were on the phone with traffic after and got approval to use the truck as the only other location was a 2 hr drive.
Roberta GI made a reservation for a 20 foot U-Haul nine days before day I would need it. I was contacted a day beforehand that my preferred pickup location did not have equipment so I was changed to another location without consent or communication. It wasn't too bad as the new location was just a few miles from my original location. However, at the new location (Sparta Hardware Inc, WI) I was told my one way reservation was now a return as as my drop off location was no longer an option due to switching locations. The round about trip meant I added nearly 50 miles to my drive and this, cost far more money than it would have if I was able to drop off a my original desired location. I also reserved three dollies just to be told they were not an option at Sparta Hardware. I really needed them and wasn't told through the call that I would be inconvenience so much. Add into that the money I had to spend filling the tank thanks to the added miles.. I just feel cheated.
