Barbara M.Excellent service and the trailer I rented was in perfect condition.
ROBERT M J.Said he wasnt a dealer so couldnt buy back the unused boxes (even though it says right on the box Uhaul buys them back); said I could donate them instead. Then ran the truck for the entire 15 minutes he was doing check out and then marked slightly under half tank to be able to claim $15 in fuel. Wasn't helpful in telling me what my total rental total would be. No real positives here.
