The guy who checked us in was very efficient but the truck was filthy! There was both a water bottle and a shoe from the previous occupants - let alone all the food crumbs. Claimed they could not clean them because of Lake Tahoe rules. If true then you should clean them in Carson City and deliver them clean.

A minute or 2 at the pick-up for explaining the dash displays for the truck would help, since there is no drivers manual to do this. I wanted to reset the trip odometer at the start and after gas fill-up, and watch the miles traveled; but did not know how to do this. This is different that Ford cars. Minor nit, but i need explanation sometimes. Good truck and the right one for my job.... Thanks,

I wanted to return several unused rolls of rope and other unused materials but was told I had to have the original receipt - which I left at home since this was a one-way drop off. Would be nice if U-Haul's system could look up the original receipt on-line for customer returns.

Saturday morning and you have one employee??? Tahoe Blue Wave bus waited 2 hrs for propane and finally left. 2 other customers walked out. Myself and 3 other groups were waiting for trailers. I could go on and on about how poorly this is run. I will give your outstanding employee Chad an A+ for dealing with his situation, being friendly and not loosing his cool and walking out!!!! Your 2nd employee slowly arrived about 10:30 after many had walked out. Not a good way to run a business. I might have cost you 2 hrs of overtime pay, maybe $60 in wages? You lost a lot more than that!!!!!!!!

On the day of the drop off uhaul customer service told me I could not drop off the trailer at the incline village location instead I would need to drive an hour out of my way to go to the Carson city location. Doesn't that seem redicuous, renting a trailer expecting to drive 90 min to and from your expected pick up and drop off location only to be informed that you need to drive another hour further to drop off the trailer. I hope that someone from uhaul customer service is reading this and hopefully that person has some autonomy (aka power) as my experience working with your company was so very negative that I will no longer do business with you. I'm sure you can easily pull my customer records with you to see that I was previously a replete customer that has spent thousands of dollars with you on truck, trailer and auto transport rentals.
