Clearly outline the policies and drop off process. I needed the trailer for like 2 and third days. I thought well that's closer to 2 days than 3. Come to find out you can rent it for a few hours, then once you go over 1 day it just rounds up to the next day. They tack on a 3rd day without my authorization. The after hours drop off charge is absurd! We tried using the app to return the trailer, but messed that up. Then I had to call Uhaul to get my $20 back which they were understanding and I'm thankful for that. This location didn't tell me anything about after hours, ask me how long I needed the trailer, or advise me to use the app. Then they tacked on every additional charge they could. I have used Uhaul at another location and had an excellent experience where I dropped the truck off after hours and they checked the unit in for my when they returned to work on Monday without absurd charges for additional days and after hours drop off. I never had to use an app which seems very discriminatory against less tech savvy users.

The gentleman at the drop off was amazing. I got to the site after hours but he was still there being attended to by paramedics for a low blood sugar condition. Despite his compromising position, he advised us where we should put the trailer and that the paper work would be completed the following morning. Give this man some recognition! P.S. attempted to "return" the trailer using your app, but my phone kept telling me that my location could not be shared despite the fact that the feature was activated on my phone. Defeated the purpose of the after hours drop off.

The manager was exceptional. He really worked hard to balance his oil change customers with his Uhaul customer. Good guy who wants to please, but it is clear that the owner, Murk, is not providing the resources needed to make this a successful Uhaul franchise. Compliments to the manager. Raspberries to Murk.

The first contact person was not the most helpful. He told me he could not gaurente me a trailer. This was 2 weeks before I needed it. I ask him if I could pick it up at another location and he did not know the answer to that finally he just said call the number after I made the call everything went smooth

Customer service was lacking customer service Skills. Grumpy, and told us we had to wait 30 mins. After our scheduled pick up time because he had to check in other trucks that were dropped off first and open his business.

Did the online rental, every was clear but I returned it early and really didn't know what to do with. After the time I said I would return it they took $20 more dollars off of my card, because they said I returned it late. It wasn't until I got that email that I knew what to do with the rental when I returned it

UHaul needs to learn that when a reservation is made they need to uphold their end of it. With no notification-- UHaul cancelled my van rental because they needed to change the van's oil. Leaving me with the choice of a 24' truck or nothing. I had people waiting to help me load 4 pieces of furniture. I am not driving a 24' truck with only 4 pieces of furniture in it. The clerk working the desk went above and beyond by calling his boss who then gave him permission to rent the van to me. Upon returning the van I find that the clerk was lambasted by UHaul's higher up for renting me the van. Hey, UHaul I am the customer not the van. You owe the clerk a big apology-- he is the only one that cared about customer service that day.

Rented a auto transport and when I went to load the car the trailer popped off the hitch and hit the truck, I found the trailer was NOT tightened to the ball, I knew I should have checked it before I left the facility I rented it from.

uhaul has incorrect business name on file the village market has closed its doors and the uhual services have been picked up by pennzoil was very unhappy having to waste so much time trying to locate actually drop off

Worst experience ever. The trailer was broke, screwed up my car. Ended up strained in Illinois, they were no help. Was on the phone with them for 5 hours getting the run around. Ended up having to get a hotel and paying for someone to drive almost 300 mile to rescue My kids, my animals, myself and my husband. I am in the process of talking to a laywer. Never had issue with Uhaul before and never going to again. Will be taking my business to Budget or anywhere else but them.
