Box truck was clean but to some it may not be. Maybe between use after you record everything from last user, there should be some what of a deep cleaning. Especially with COVID

When we got back we spoke with a manager regarding some unsafe items regarding the truck and we were told that they were getting rid of that truck anyways. Really? Yet you still have it out knowing it was unsafe. I have used this UHaul 3 times within a year so I am shocked that it was this horrible this time and for the amount we paid.

I rented a 5 x 8 trailer. The first trailer assigned to me was not road legal - bald spots on tires and in fenders held on with angle brackets. The aesthetics aside - how do you rent a trailer that is clearly illegal on the road? ( I refused it - I'l x law enforcement and safety aside I would hate to have to explain it to an officer of the law) The yard man was very helpful and changed it out to a legal trailer. Tim at the counter was very helpful. To be frank the two ladies on duty clearly were NOT having a good day. They were pretty standoffish from the beginning and tried to charge me for an extra day when I arrived early instead of asking me if I wanted to change the return time. They are the face of your business - not great. Maybe there is a training deficiency on your part. The yard lady on Saturday like the gent on Thursday were the type of image and service you want to project. Friendly, helpful and efficient.
Front desk staff was incredibly rude and short tempered. The woman helping me snapped at me repeatedly and was NOT wearing a mask inside. Plastic barrier isn't enough to protect people from Covid. Your employees all need to be wearing a mask.
I wonder how could the store manager let the front desk employees be super mean and annoying to customers.

The 24/7 truck share rental program failed completely and I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service getting it resolved - please do not offer a program that is not going to work
I have been using this location for a long time to rent trucks to make food pantry food deliveries once a month for at least the last 15+ years. This is probably the 1st time that my bill got screwed up and they double charged me for some items resulting in getting charged for 2 days, however, Tom the manager was extremely helpful and apologetic and reversed the mistake very promptly.
When dropping off the rental there is confusion and the manager is a real jerk. Terrible social skills and really poor customer service. You can tell the other crew members dislike him too. I usually go to the Linwood site because those guys are great! This guy is trying to charge me $25 for trash left in truck. No way. I can send you an image of what it is. He said I was lucky to only charge me $25. He could charge me more.
Rental of 15' truck resulted in water damage to several of our items due to a poorly maintained vehicle that must have had a damaged roof.
Excellent service, particularly on-site during pick-up and drop-off. Staff were uniformly calm, patient, and helpful.
Drop off was fine. I did not enter the facility.
I drove less miles than I expected and was therefore charged for miles I never drove in advance. Never received a summary after rental return despite being told I would. No notification of the difference nor details of any refund.
Making a reservation with UHaul online is meaningless. I had to go to multiple locations because the first location didn't have a truck to match my reservation. The first branch booked the truck I wanted at a different location and assured me it was available only to find that it is not after I got there. The replacement of the replacement truck was not the size I needed or one way as I requested. The truck's side mirror was broken but I had to get going at that point and took the truck.
The staff here are helpful, friendly, and professional! There is ample, safe parking for the customer's vehicle while you are renting the U-Haul. Love this U-Haul location!
There was an issue with the computers that delayed my pickup by 45min, which made my data. little more hectic as I needed to move some things by a deadline. Also, my reservation was moved to a different location, which was further away, adding cost to my in-town rental.

Please clarify the following charges. why rental charges were posted 39.90 it should be 19.95 why coverage charges were posted 40 however i have opted for $20 on website I have not opted safe trip charges why $5 added. I am asking my bank to decline and dispute this charge as these are fraudulent charges.
Overall reservation, pickup and drop-off all went smoothly.
Let customers know they can go out the back way so they have a traffic light to turn left. Mystic parkway is very busy
Employees need to wear masks! This was incredibly stressful to see employees not taking the pandemic seriously.
