I walked in to return my keys, only to be told that i needed to go outside because there would be someone out there. But there wasn't. Then when the man showed up he charged me an additional $34 for mileage that he said i went over on, but upon booking I was told mileage was unlimited. Overall horrible experience with your company that made an already stressful move even more stressful.

Our client experienced racial judgment upon receiving the van. We were questioned as if we were misrepresenting ourselves and a statement was made implementing the van would be stolen and our upstanding company would be held responsible if the van were not returned as promised. I was able to convince the UHaul representative to let the van out to our client, but had I not been here to receive the call nor succeeded in convincing your rep, our client would have been sent away causing undue stress.

The advertising is purposefully misleading- in no possible way can someone actually rent a pickup truck for $20. There are gas fees, taxes, hourly fees, insurance, ect. It’s fake advertising and I will definitely not be using your services again. I came in expecting to spend $20 based on the very large and colorful signs decorating most of the store, and I got charged $70. That’s unacceptable customer treatment and I will absolutely not be coming back to U-Haul with my business.

It is uhauls job to balance supply of equipment with demand of equipment. To tell a customer that their reservation cannot be met due to overbooking is unacceptable. It's not the customers fault that uhaul cannot correctly manage their inventory.

I didn't check to confirm that the gas tank was full when I got the van and it was only 3/4 full :( I was supposed to return it full and I only used the van for about an hour so I ended up buying gas when the person before me should have.

The website reservations!!! We booked 3 weeks in advance and then needed to make an adjustment so we created a new reservation and deleted the old one the night before. The website allowed us to make the reservation saying there would be no problems but the next morning we got a call from the asst. manager saying they were out of stock. Best improvement would be to not allow the online reservation to confirm if there is no availability

If someone reserves a truck and you know they're coming late , don't give the truck to someone else. Also if they pay for moving blankets you should put the moving blankets in the truck. Also my car got hit in the parking lot.

I placed an original reservation at a different location. That location did not have the items I reserved when I showed up. They directed me to this location. The manager would not acknowledge that UHaul made a mistake and made me wait in line to start a new reservation from scratch. UHaul screwed up and the manager did nothing to help me.

The app for returning the truck was a bit clunky and the login not 100% smooth. Otherwise, no issues and Jennifer at the desk was great, she was efficient and when told that the gas level of the truck was only 1/4 full, she made sure that it was noted well and no additional charges were applied when I returned the truck with a 1/4 tank.

The man that completed all the paperwork for me at the front desk was exceptional. Very polite, knowledgeable, and patient. When I came to return the truck there was an older man who was rather rude and didn't really say much but what he did say came across as "oh you showed up to return the truck 15 minutes before we close... I don't like you". I know working in a restaurant that sometimes you get people who show up at the end of the day and you want to go home but that doesn't mean you can treat them rudely. I would say that my experience was above average even though my last impression was bad, the service I got at first made up for it.
