I used the van for 17 miles and when I put the gas to take the van back to the store it costed me o little bit more then 3 gallons. I don't believe that van used 3 gallons per 17 miles. I paid 8 dollars for the gas when the correct must be less then 2 dollars. That was not nice! But it's ok. Ty

Returning the truck, I drove via GPS to the designated address and saw no sign of any UHaul business there or any trucks. Only when I went up to the liquor store door did I see a small window sign for UHaul, and then I had to go back out and drive my truck around from the general shopping center parking lot to the UHaul business hidden behind the building. There should be some prominent signs outside the location; ones that tell people returning a rental to drive around to the rear of the building.

This place is a complete joke. I reserved equipment. When I went there to pick it up, the owner said he needed to go out back and get it. He disappeared out the back door and left his entire store unattended for 10-15 minutes. When he finally came back, he said he didn't have it. He was unapologetic. He failed to offer a refund. I was completely disgusted and left. The place is a liquor store - unbeknownst to me when I reserved online. It was dirty and cluttered in a shopping center. Completely unbelievable. I am shocked that this is what Uhaul has become. I will never use Uhaul again if I can find a reasonable alternative. Corporate headquarters should make a visit to this place to see what I am talking about. If no action is taken, it will attest to the company you now are.

Signed up to rent a van at 7:30a, outside of regular location's hours using the U-Haul app. The evening before, I received a call saying I couldn't rent the van prior to 8a because the location isn't open until 8a and he wouldn't allow pick up any earlier. Arrived at the location at 7:55 - location didn't open until 8:05-8:10. Then was rented a van that had less than 1/8 of a tank of gas - was told that I would receive a $25 credit for gas. So - already delayed picking it up and before I could do anything I had to fill the van with gas. I fill the van with $25 of gas and it was over the line that I had to return it at only for the gentleman to say that I would get just a $24.50 credit for the gas. Horrible experience at this location.

The only thing that saved my Uhaul experience was Amy, the Regional Reservation Manager. I had a TON of trouble with this location but she was able to straighten the whole thing out with quick knowledge and professionalism.

Received an email my time and date was confirmed the day before. On the morning of pick-up there was no one to help us. Repeatedly called the number given with no response. Waited 30 minutes until another UHaul employee just happened to be picking up a trailer. He assisted us after he also got no response from the man that was supposed to meet us. We would have been waiting who knows how long if that gentlemen had not come along. My move was delayed more than an hour due to this inconvenience. I will not use this location in the future nor would I reccommend others do so.

The van was not clean when I received it so the manager gave me furniture pads for free. However, he did not tell his employee, so there was some unpleasantness when I returned the van. It was solved to my satisfaction.
