Much less about the neighborhood dealer, more about UHaul. I was not able to refill the gas tank because I was not given instructions about having to let the engine rest prior to filling. Regardless of the fact that I had tried to fill it with no luck and provided the receipt proving as such, I was still charged an excessive fee per gallon for the 2-3 gallons I used and wasn't able to fill. Please make this clear on the gas cap enclosure or inside the car.

But I was able to enter a note describing the situation during the automated return. And now that I have received my receipt, I see that the issue has been resolved. Kudos to you!

I ordered a dolly and furniture cart but this location only has dollies, not the furniture cart/roller. While I did not get charged for the furniture cart/roller, it made moving more difficult without the item I originally requested. In choosing this location, the system did NOT tell me that the item I requested wasn't available at this location.

I always use this location, it's a little further than some of the other locations, but the customer service at this location is 100%. They are always courteous, helpful and pleasant people. I dropped truck off night before Sunday and drop off did not indicate where to leave key. So had to come back next day to leave key. That's very inconvenient!

When I arrive to pick up the rental truck at the assigned location at 8:00 am I was surprised by a closed "beer and wine store". The lights were out, the open sign was off, and the hours stated the store opened at 10:00 am. I called the phone number I had and received no answer. I panicked. I have movers arriving at 9:00 am and looked like no truck. I called the nearest full service U-Haul location and there was no answer even though they were open at 7:30 am. I had no number on my paperwork for U-Haul so I went to the nearest location. There they were not helpful other than giving me an 800 # for U-Haul. I called the 800 number and waited 9 minutes for somebody to answer. The first person transferred me to "traffic" who called the original location. They got through and told me to return. This was an unpleasant experience because I was not getting anybody to respond in a timely manner.
