Starr L.I have went to this location since 2015. But, this visit cost me more than I planned. I was charged for an extra day, dolly rental extra day, and than charge twice. Which caused me to overdraft and pay 36.00 on top of that ...what should of been Approx 150.00 cost me over 300.00....(((((
jennifer B.I reserved a 15 foot truck, but when I arrived, it had been rented out someone else, and my reservation was changed to a 10 foot truck. As a result, I wasn't able to get all my things moved at once and had to take 3 additional trips with my car. Very unhappy about this and think you should refund me. Thanks
