The man at the rental return was absolutely rude as rude can be! Cussing and yelling at me, calling me a F-in B---- as I left the store. I reentered the store to let him know I heard him and would be reporting him. He claims he is clinically depressed and didnt have his medication. That is no excuse to be a rude idiot! Also there were 2 other customers in the store. This was my 1st day in the new town to which I just moved to, are all the people in this town stupid like this?? Wow! Never have I ever been cussed at by a worker anywhere. He was having a melt down and shoving papers and office equipment everywhere. I will not trade at that business EVER!CAROLYN S.

I clearly explained that I was moving furniture tomorrow. He said I could take the trailer that day and bring it back the next day. I asked Eric how much it would cost. He told me $29.00 plus a refundable $80 deposit. I asked him what time I needed to bring it back the next day. He said they close at 9pm. I told him I'd bring the trailer back around 4-5pm. I understood that it was $29.00. I was charged $83 and change when I brought the trailer back. I asked why. The guy told me that I was 5 hours late. Eric clearly told me just to have it back before they close which was at 9pm. I told him I'd have it back from 4-5. Shitty business.mark N.
The biggest problem I had with U-Haul in general (this guy that I dealt with at this location was the bomb) was my reservations were either changed or cancelled multiple times. Plus the app where I V was supposed to report any noticeable damage to the truck wouldn't work! And there was some damages on the passenger side! I better not get charged for it!STEPHANIE C.

Go to the dealer directly, don't call uhaul to make reservations. They will send you to another place that doesn't even have trailer. Thank goodness I knew about Live Oak store and had dealt with them before. Very nice people!Rodney A.
This is the second time I have used U Haul and both times there has been an issue with my reservation. This time, my reservation was schedule for a day the location was closed and it wasn't set up for 24 hour service. This is not a specific location issue, it's a U Haul issue in general.Kristin M.
Trailer tags were out of date, found cigarette buts in the back of the truck when I went to load it and my account was charged more than was on the receipt and no one knew why... took me over an hour to leave with my rental due to â€œpaperwork and pricing issuesâ€ which meant I left my old house late getting to my new apartment later than scheduled which delayed everything else and almost made it where I would have had to find a place to sleep for the night because the office was closing when I finally got here... the drop off location had too few of staff causing a long wait time to return the rentals... please feel free to contact me for further information... Once checked in, she didn't even want to come out and check the uhaul when I asked her to...she just said..."it's ok". I made her at least come see that I dropped one off.Heather W.

Explain the 24/7 share mobile pick up/drop off better for first time users. Though problems were solved easily enough, it would've have gone a bit smoother for me if I'd had a better understanding of the process. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience using u haul.
