I returned peace appointment and return the same day you guys did not reimburse me till six days!! Very disappointed by the customer service!! Idk you guys care about your Customers or not

There were two trucks on lot one had the front easily accessible to view numbers, other was parked partially in a ditch with front of truck facing ditch. Harder to get to position to see numbers. Man working at gas station was rude when trying to locate key box, then shut down pump so I could not use my card to pay. Others were able to use cards at their pumps. I therefore did not fill th3 truck up there. That was an income loss to Miller’s Corner

When I make a reservation it should be a fucking reservation and the service at the pick up location was dog shit no help not a care in the world wouldn't show me the trailers wouldnt help and after giving him the drop off location he put the drop off location five hours away from where I told him and I spent half an hour on the phone just to get that changed. Not satisfied and it sucked

I had to hook trailer and check the lights and when it was returned I had to disconnect trailer myself. No one would come out and help or do their job.

The girl was very polite and informative and service was quick. Which was great considering I was very tired from the drive and haul. They gave me enough time for the drive and mileage from east coast to montana

The attendant was too busy gabbing with other people and smoking cigarettes to even unhook the trailer for me no help at all. If it were my business I would fire him. Dropped off Tuesday evening p.m.

The guy was lazy. He previously agreed to meet me at 9, wasnt there, the girl at the register had to call him to get him there. After he got there and took his time doing the paper work, i asked him if he would help me load it, he said he would be out. Got tired of waiting, had my wife help. Ha, then the floor was dirty in the trailer and there was a hole in the roof that let in the rain. Sucked

The trailer had mud packed on it that we had to bust off with a tool so the ratchet would work. The worker was great in helping us load our vehicle and securing it.

Tell the person the does the leasing of the truck he is NOT the owner of U-Haul and with his attitude hes liable to get someone thats not going to take his early morning short temper lightly.

We did not know we had been given an extra day. He waited until he was closing to call and check to see if we we're still coming or he was going to cancel the order. We would have picked it up if he had called earlier. Plus he was late getting there the next morning.

Reserved unit weeks in advance. Was called the day before to be told place would be closed on scheduled pick up day. Owner would not even come outside to check off condition of truck. The truck would only accept about 5 cents of gas at a time before shutting off pump. Some kind of vapor problem I would guess in the tank. Windshield was just covered with bugs. NOT AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
