There were two trucks on lot one had the front easily accessible to view numbers, other was parked partially in a ditch with front of truck facing ditch. Harder to get to position to see numbers. Man working at gas station was rude when trying to locate key box, then shut down pump so I could not use my card to pay. Others were able to use cards at their pumps. I therefore did not fill th3 truck up there. That was an income loss to Miller’s Corner

When I make a reservation it should be a fucking reservation and the service at the pick up location was dog shit no help not a care in the world wouldn't show me the trailers wouldnt help and after giving him the drop off location he put the drop off location five hours away from where I told him and I spent half an hour on the phone just to get that changed. Not satisfied and it sucked

I had to hook trailer and check the lights and when it was returned I had to disconnect trailer myself. No one would come out and help or do their job.

The girl was very polite and informative and service was quick. Which was great considering I was very tired from the drive and haul. They gave me enough time for the drive and mileage from east coast to montana

The attendant was too busy gabbing with other people and smoking cigarettes to even unhook the trailer for me no help at all. If it were my business I would fire him. Dropped off Tuesday evening p.m.

The guy was lazy. He previously agreed to meet me at 9, wasnt there, the girl at the register had to call him to get him there. After he got there and took his time doing the paper work, i asked him if he would help me load it, he said he would be out. Got tired of waiting, had my wife help. Ha, then the floor was dirty in the trailer and there was a hole in the roof that let in the rain. Sucked

The trailer had mud packed on it that we had to bust off with a tool so the ratchet would work. The worker was great in helping us load our vehicle and securing it.

We did not know we had been given an extra day. He waited until he was closing to call and check to see if we we're still coming or he was going to cancel the order. We would have picked it up if he had called earlier. Plus he was late getting there the next morning.

Reserved unit weeks in advance. Was called the day before to be told place would be closed on scheduled pick up day. Owner would not even come outside to check off condition of truck. The truck would only accept about 5 cents of gas at a time before shutting off pump. Some kind of vapor problem I would guess in the tank. Windshield was just covered with bugs. NOT AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Meet the owner the day before. Had what I needed said I would be in the next day. He said we don't open till 9: 00 am OK I'll meet you then. I show up at 9 he's now where to be found. The gas station attendant called him he shows up 10 minutes later. Takes over an hour to get the trailer & get out of there. WHAT A JOKE.

Ordered 4 doz furniture pads, got 28 ! Ordered furniture dolly, none available. Rented from here before and This place always seems out of stock . Also, since when do you rent a truck from a gas station and only start with 3/8 tank of gas !!!

I had to drive 125 miles to pick up my trailer for a car holler and they or someone call me to tell me I had to go to Billings to pickup my u-Haul and I had a reservation for 3 months and they said I would get gas money and did not get it I'm going to Yup u and get on social media and tell people how bad u guys are

The owner had the wrong itemized receipt for the boxes I paid for. He gave me $40 worth, I paid $80. He wasn’t in the store when we came to pick up, had to wait for him to arrive, then he spent half an hour figuring out our reservation. Which was paid for and reserved a month in advance. We didn’t have to time for him to screw around like he did. He didn’t even walk outside with us to help with equipment. I would never rent a uhaul from there again. Very frustrating experience.

Your Online booking is extremely flawed. The booking needs to be dispatched the day the booking is made so customers can receive what they want instead of calling 2 days before pick up saying nothing is available. The employees at Miller's corner were snotty and unwilling to help my specific needs.

Interior of vehicle had mud on floor & dog hair everywhere. I was in dire need of needing a 15' to use for an in town move. I'm not blaming Nick (from Miller's Corner) but he did request I do not return vehicle with mud in it. But yet it had dirt/mud when I picked it up. Regardless, I swept the dirt from the back of unit & swept floor in cab

They need a sign directing which building U-Haul is in since the rentals are inside a convenience store and there are other buildings on the same properties it is hard to tell where U-Haul really is.

We had a reservation made and the guy who could help us showed up 20 minutes after the reservation time. The ratchets on the tow dolly were so rusty they were inoperable. We had to spray WD-40 on them ourselves to get them to work.
