The trailer i rented was not in good operating condition. Instead of pulling behind my truck it was pulling to one side of me. I could look in my drivers mirror and count the support braces on top rail but looking in the passenger mirror i couldn't see the trailer at all. Plus the ramp wouldn't move freely and had to force security pins in/out.

The Female Employee that waited on me was Excellent, I was a little irate at first because I felt rushed from morning task, but she Calmed me Down and made my Experience Excellent, I think her name was Brooke, she allowed me to Vent my Day

The policy for sending the driver license photo over the phone made the process very difficult as I do not have a smart phone or a phone with internet. I wish you would consider this as the inconvenience almost made me decide to go somewhere else. Thanks to the lovely ladies at this location that found a way to help me rent the trailer despite this policy. I really appreciate that they were still able to help me.

When you All rent trailers make they clean for the customers before the next customer used them. My trailer was dirt when I got it. The uhaul was well maintained..

Everything was great. The only thing I have ever heard some one say is that if you rent a truck from here then they should furnish a dolly. You can get a dolly but they charge for it. But if this change could be made then I would say you may get a few more customers. Just saying.

The steering wheel had a lot of play in it. It would also pull both ways depending on what way you were turning it. Very dangerous especially if a less experienced driver rents it.

Customer Service was not available the 3 times I called for assistance. But the local office was very helpful and went far and beyond to assist me when the lift gate kept getting stuck.

I was charged for gas charges etc that will be addressed on the next business day. I have a photo taken from the drop off date on Saturday 5/19. I signed a contract and was advised on multiple charges that was removed the time of signing but once I received my receipt I was charged $50 dollars extra and this is not good customer service. I took a photo for proof from the last time I rented a Uhaul and was overcharged and the customer service rep told me that I would need proof to show because they can’t take my word etc etc, so this time I have proof of the 7/16 of gas that was supposed to be added back to the gas for the Uhaul at the time of drop off.

The attendant complained about the car carrier and how it was a problem for her to attach from the instant she arrived in the lot. Said she wanted to go quick as there was a customer waiting inside. It took a long time to supposedly set the trailer. I left to pick up the car. Upon trying to load it, it was discovered the hitch ball was NOT secured, the attendant failed to screw down the ball in any fashion according to the place where I’d picked up the transport car. I saw for myself she did NOT screw down the ball hitch. Her failure resulted in the hitch going loose and damaging the new truck tailgate. Thankfully it was a much worse or fatal consequence. She need be fired from this responsibility on the lives and assets of others.
